I always felt like they gave a good price and explained exactly what they were doing to my car. I really appreciate when my mechanic tells me: "A and B need to be fixed immediately, C should be fixed but will be fine for at least another 3 months and D will make your car run a little smoother but isn't hurting anything and may not be worth $$$." We dropped the car off Sunday night, left the key in a secure lock box. No fuss no muss. The lady called before 8.30 the next day to tell us what needed doing and the price. It was so reasonable. Have them the okay to proceed with the work and it was all finished by 10.30! So efficient were they that we missed their call and didn't actually pick the car up until the next day! The service person on the phone advised me that she would have to talk to parts to find out the price for the seal to give me a quote. By 4:30 PM I still have not received a call to advise me of the cost of the seal replacement. I called them back,They said that the parts was extremely busy , if it would be OK to give me a call back tomorrow, 14 July, I said that it would be fine but I would go elsewhere if I did not receive a call back. Here it is 6:03 PM on July 14 and I received zero calls back from customer service for a price quote. Obviously not happy. This is in my own hometown. My wife purchased a vehicle from them, and I've had extensive repairs done on my own Subaru, it's hard to believe that they could not get back to me in 30 hours for a price quote. The only reason I gave them 4-stars was because they failed to contact me after my insurance sent them my information. Even though it was my insurance's fault for not including my phone number in the information. They could have e-mailed me (if they had my e-mail address) or contacted my insurance company for my contact information. I ended up having to contact them myself to make an appointment for them to do an estimate. After this, I had no issues and they even arranged for me to use an in-house rental (covered by my insurance).

The insurance company told Pro AUTO body NO they were not paying that so instead of not charging the fees they charges us which was not the right thing to do when you were paid over the amount for ev thing else and made us pay the additional 250 over our 500.00 ded which is crap. They first tried to say it was a charge for a tire which would have been covered under the work but it was really them doing the over charge for labor rates and towing add charge for writing a check to them which was not the amt that was charged. They knew they had us and had been in the rental for over an additional week trying to fight with the charges for higher labor rate and tow bill which they didnt care about us as a customer and I was warned after I took my car there about how they lie and steal peoples money which now after dealing with them I should have taken it to another shop like Reyonlds in orange like we have done in the past. Please dont ever use them they are liars and crooks and the tire light was on when we picked up my car so Now I know for a fact that they did even fix the car the right way they would have made sure everything was checked and fixed.
