As I first visited they were renovating the exterior and landscape refresh and I found that to be so important. Residents get to look out their windows and enjoy something fresh and beautiful to look at. Other first impressions were multiple air filtration systems outside the doors of every room. Not sure if that was a 'leftover' from COVID kind of thing or what - but I liked it. Shared rooms were small and good to know is only two visitors at a time. It's hard to imagine it but the reason is purely for function. Placing 3 chairs around I think would be very difficult to navigate anymore. Luckily for those who might not like shared rooms - singles are available. If you've been saving money all your life and here - this might just be the time to spend a little extra if you don't like people around. My friend's neighbor was a pleasant person - and that's what I've found going to these types of places - its not bad to have another nearby... If your friend or family member is here its your job to visit. People make up excuses and there really is no excuse. I was able to slip in 30 minutes before closing after work and anybody can do that. I think visitors are an important part of recovery. You can't visit your friend or your mom? Just keep the excuses to yourself I don't want to hear it.

A man that shared the same room needed help and was in distress all night no nurse show up to see about him. He did not get help until the morning shift. The administrator is useless after talking with him about my concerns the same problems continue. They have a few / very little cna's 2 good nurses that work on the day shift was very helpful. Without informing me she changed my medication. When I asked why this was I was told that she was afraid to prescribe Adderall because it could have a negative side effect with my Zoloft! This is a total lie. The physician is incompetent. I'm a pharmacist. All of my colleagues including myself agree thar Zoloft and Adderall are compatible with a very slight chance of an adverse reaction. At this point I'm fed up. I've made multiple calls. I just want my money back. Update: EZCare provided me with a complimentary consultation with a different physician to resolve the issue. Once the consultation started the doctor told me he was going into the consult blind. They failed to let him know what was going on . He told me he couldn't prescribe anything because it would be stepping on the toes of the previous provider. Needless to say this consult provided no therapeutic value. Communication is terrible. All communication goes through a call center that sounds like it's based out of India. I wish they had a feature where you could send a direct message to the provider. After many many calls. I'm done. Exhausted: this place actually did harm to my mental health.

The only response to getting my files was once I reported them to HIPAA for violating their policy and a negative review on BBB. It took several days after they reached out, well past HIPAAs 30 calendar day policy. This med center is lax in their HIPAA procedures. Find somewhere else better to trust your medical information.

Wowie-WOWWOW. I urge ANYONE CONSIDERING NSRS TO FIND A SAFER FACILITY FOR INPATIENT CARE, ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE.

I left a voice message and asked her to call me to schedule to avoid another miscommunication. No reply ever. My mom never got the home health she was ordered. No follow up whatsoever by the nurse or the company. It's a good thing I am a proactive daughter and followed up right away with her primary care physician. A more vulnerable patient without an advocate would be left high and dry.

This included medication, O2, bed etc... Unfortunately my dad passed away within 2 weeks of home hospice but I believe he died comfortably and with no pain. They were always responsive when I called and when my dad passed, they helped me give him his last bath. In these tough times we think that we are the only ones that need attention, I get it, I've been there but they did a marvelous job and I'm pleased with the support we received. Thank you all!!!
