My 2yr old fits the age and size for the "unlimited Trampoline Zone" $12 so he loved it for about a minute. 4 bigger (4 to 5 year old) came in and scared the 2 year old out, and he would not go back in. Once he went back and immediately 3 other bigger ones took over. Kinda dangerous and 2 min. For -$12 is bad. Needs a better plan. read more

We were invited here for a birthday party. From the perspective of my children- it was fun. They have never been to a place like this and they loved it all- the games, the prizes, the mascot, the pizza and ice cream. From a perspective of an adult the place needs a major cleaning, bathrooms were nasty, not 1 stall was locking and not a piece of toilet paper in site. The worst unprofessional customer service from all the workers and management that you would encounter at a place for children. The trampoline zone is a scam they charge you for unlimited jump then they pull workers to go to break where the children have to come out any of no one pay attention they don't send no one back over to reopen. read more

Stopped by this location over the weekend and it was the worst Chuck E Cheese experience we've had. Some of the games didn't work and the skeeball games were completely messed up since someone threw all the balls in one machine. Safety is a huge concern as a parent and this location was not checking people at the entrance/exit so anyone could have taken a kid that wasn't theirs if they wanted to. I had a little boy come up to me asking if I could help him find his 3 year old sister and when I asked where his parents were, he told me his dad was at the table and told him to go look for the daughter. read more

This is a terrible Chuck E Cheese. The place is old and the games look like hand me downs from other restaurants. The staff is generally inattentive and distracted. The kids love the games though. Only problem is they don't know how much better the games are at other locations. Half of the ski ball machines were missing balls or had too few balls for a full game. The basketball games had like 3 balls total. A lot of the games were old coin based games from when they had actual tokens. One of the ticket counting machines was completely broken. But, it was lit up taking up space. Oh, they finally got rid of the Jurassic Park game from the 1990s this year. It's 2018! The pizza was pretty good, if you got any. By 1 pm for the lunch buffet, they had maybe two pieces of pizza left. Rather than all you can eat, it was 4 pizzas for seven families to share -- at $7.99 per person. Also, no ice in the drink machine. It was tough to tell anyone though, because the lady at the front was on the phone the entire time. You should avoid this location if at all possible. You go here and drop like $60 for food and games for a family of four. Sucks when half the stuff is broken and the staff doesn't care. read more

We took our granddaughter here this evening as she loves to play in the arcade. There was trouble with the card I paid for losing its minutes too early. The male Manager on duty was very helpful and remedy the situation immediately by restoring the card minutes without me providing proof of how much I purchased. Then our table was cleared before we were done when we were playing and two toys were missing. The female employee on duty was very helpful in remedying that situation immediately and in her kind helpfulness with our 4 yo granddaughter selecting toys with tickets . These are small gestures that really mean a lot so I'm happy that the business has truly improved their customer service & these employees provided great value. We will continue to bring our granddaughter here & spend $s on her enjoyment! read more

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out EVERYTHING was a bad experience. I could write an entire page about our experience but it'd be a waste of time, so instead I'm going to point out one of the worst things we experienced; NO ONE was at the exit checking numbers. We waited - no one came. Ten kids could have been kidnapped & not one employee or manager would have even noticed or cared. Can we say "huge lawsuit waiting to happen". My family had a good time when we visited here recently. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. When we had a problem with one of the games, staff came over to fix the machine without hesitation. The pizza and salad bar were good. The building was clean. Restrooms were also clean. This will be our new location to visit when we want to take our children to Chuck E Cheese. read more

Where kid can be a kid! This place is old. It smells old but they manage to keep the games/machines up to date. They even took out the playground area and put in bumper cars. Downfall is if you're there during off peak times where there's only a few kids there others cannot use because there's not enough kids to fill the cars. Every time I've been in here, there have been many tables that are dirt and left alone without anyone cleaning it up for a good hour. That's disgusting. When the people leave or they're done eating, the staff should clean it up immediately. Tokens here cost 33 cents but if you spend 30$ it cost 25 cents. Each machine requires only one token but games last for less than 30 seconds. The characters on stage need to be replaced and cleaned up. They look so scary up close lol read more

We arrived today as the place was opening, and found used napkins and food on the floor, drinks on top of the games, and the place was disgusting. Had we not been there with other people, I would've turned around and walked out. There is no excuse for a restaurant to be disgusting when it first opens for the day! In addition to the above, I witnessed an employee slip and almost fall on a greasy floor and heard from the guys in our group that the men's restroom was disgusting and that a urinal was leaking all over the floor. I don't know what the problem is, but I suggest you get it fixed. I won't be back anytime soon. read more

This Chucky Cheese is a joke. I had the worst experience ever. Bathrooms are nasty. Boys bathroom leaked. Staff acts like they don't want to be there. Attitudes all the way around with the kids and parents. My daughter told me she never wants to go to Chucky cheese again. I can't blame her for what she had to deal with on her birthday. They took forever to deliver food and passes. They did try to make up for the problems but it was all in all a horrible experience. read more

We reserved a birthday party here for my brother's 3rd birthday. We ordered a Paw Patrol cake when we reserved the birthday party. Halfway through the party they decided to tell us that the Paw Patrol cake was unavailable. This place hasn't changed at all and why should it. It's fun for the kids and the adults, the pizza is decent and they are pretty liberal with the "bonus" tokens. Pizza and salad bar are decent. Maybe time to replace the robot musicians with something less creepy, though. read more

Went 2 times with our kids. This place needs some serious updates or at least maintenence on the machines. Half of them don't work but aren't labeled out of order so still take the tokens. At first they returned the tokens for these machines but after my 10th trip for the same reason they refused. I pointed out the machines that were not working and the staff didn't seem to care. 2 stars ONLY because the kids had a blast. However there were at least 2 birthdays going on which were already seated then on top of that, most every table was reserved with no one sitting at them. We went from 5:30pm to 6:30pm so understandably they should be busy however they were really short staffed. The tables that were open (not reserved) were almost all dirty. Food and trash all over the carpet. (Not in the game area as much as through out the walkway areas and toward the restooms & kitchen) Very long wait to trade in tickets. Not because it was busy but because the staff just kept passing us by. We watched a staff member walk by and knock off a shelf of toys saw what he did then looked back at us and gave us a smirk, then headed to the back room with obviously no intention to pick it up. Finally got waited on. A good thing they do which may be a normal thing for Chuck E. Cheese's they give your family a stamp that apparently match with a blacklite stamp. So when you leave they check to make sure you're not taking home someone elses kids...lol. overall it was a fun stop. We will go to a CEC's again but most likely not that one. read more
