I am not sure if the previous reviews on here are before they revamped this place or what but my experience here has been nothing but great! The pizza is delicious!! I highly recommend getting the stuff crust. The staff members are all very nice and attentive. They are constantly cleaning and refilling the salad bar which is another great thing about Chuck E. Let me start by saying this is a review of Gilbert the General Manager. We hosted my son and a few of his friends for his 5th birthday tonight, we paid for an upgraded package and had 3 5 year olds though we paid for 5 kids. The floor staff was great. The party host was a delight. The general manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Like, I'm still shaking my head about it. Our friends arrived shortly before we did. (We arrived at 5:12 for a 5:00 party- 2 little kids coming from Loveland, we were a few late- totally own that). Our friends were not asked if they were there for a party and so paid, and when I tried to circle up with the manager to get them refunds, he was quite aggressive, basically telling me that I was not welcome to hear the resolution of the situation. Way overpriced for what you get. Trampoline zone was good for a three year old. Ticket payout was very stingy.

So sad that our location is terribly run. The manager doesn't care to keep the customers happy-even when you find plastic in your pizza. I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Really enjoy the stuffed crust pizza and the wings. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Absolutely horrible. Smells like fences. Nothing is clean. Food is mediocre at best. Bathroom is full of sewage backup and toilet paper on the floor. Horrid. Disgusting. Full of foul smelling everything. Overpriced. Literally your have more fun in the paking lot and be $100 richer. Staff has no clue what is going on. The salad bar had extremely old lettuce in it. There was even molded strawberries no compensation was offered when asked for fresh lettuce, we were told "sorry that's all we have." Very disappointing. read more

The management was disgustingly rude, and the staff couldn't be bothered to help us, I've been going here for my siblings birthdays for at least 5 years, and the new management is not good, every birthday, we always sit in the back party area and buy pizza, soda and games, but recently we have been going, and they will not let us sit back there, even though there are 5 tables open, and the games are outrageously expensive now, as well as the food. Not to mention the very poor quality of the food, if the food is going to less than pleasing, it should be priced accordingly. It was $60 for games and 2 frozen pizzas that came out still cold. If you are looking for a place similar, with games and food, I recommend the Summit, and avoid the headache. read more

I saw all the negative reviews so since we had a great experience today I thought I should leave a good one! It was my son's 6th birthday and everyone had a great time... the staff were nice and helpful from the minute we walked in the door. I felt like it was a good deal too - $25 per kid for 2 hours of unlimited games (which we could pause when eating and opening gifts), as well as pizza and drinks, dippin dots and a take home gift bag for each kid. We didn't have to bring a thing with us, or clean up afterwards which made it super simple. My son also got to do the ticket blaster and was given a 1,000 ticket coupon. Between that and all the tickets he won playing unlimited games he got the prize he really wanted. The parents got to play along with their kids and everyone expressed what a good time they had. All in all it was a super fun day my son won't soon forget! read more

Food is meh. Last time I was in nearly half of the rides and games were broken. Didn't realize until after I had purchased a bunch of tokens. Kid spent most of them on skeeball. Could have had just as good a time at the mall play place for free. read more

Too bad Yelp doesn't allow zero because that's what this place deserves. Let me tell you something: I know it's Chuck E Cheese. I do not expect to be treated like royalty when we go there (because of our kids only, obviously) but this place is a mess. Basic cleaning is not done, the salad bar looks nasty, you gotta clean your own table if you wanna sit somewhere half clean (I literally grabbed the staff cleaning bottle and sprayed and cleaned the table myself), half of the games don't work and the manager doesn't really care much either. When we asked her why Chuck E wasn't coming out after the countdown (which happens all the time) she said she couldn't hear the countdown due to the music being too loud. Then Chuck E came out once and before we were about to leave it was supposed to come out again to dance with the kids and guess what? Yup- it didn't come out again so basically they don't care. She said they're understaffed (and I believe that's a possibility) but Chuck E coming out and dancing with the kids is basically almost the main reason our daughter wants to go there and they're not even on top of that. If you don't mind the drive, go to the one in Fort Collins. It's still a Chuck E Cheese so it's gonna be loud and and messy BUT it's way better run than this one. read more

I would give less then 1 star if Yelp would let me. The food is blah, the salad bar is a joke- mushy strawberries and watermelon, lettuce was partially wilted, not worth the $7 they charge. Most of the games/rides were broken down without any "out of order" tags and if they actually worked then the ticket dispenser didn't. I will not be back any time soon- waste of money!!!! read more

I suggest taking a $100 bill and shredding it before coming to this establishment, if you can even call it that. This is the most poorly managed 'restaurant' I have ever been to. Saw at least 5 employees walking around on their phones just standing around. The back has long tables, which we usually sit at (we usually have a party of 18) and because of new management we're not allowed to sit back there, forcing us to take up 6-7 regular tables, splitting up our party dramatically. Every one of the long tables have "Reserved" signs on all of them, the manager then told us they're not even supposed to be put up. We usually clean up our mess and go on our way. Bathrooms are disgusting, salad isn't properly placed in the ice. Manager is also incredibly poor at communication and employees are incredibly rude. read more
