It's an all-inclusive playground, which means it's accessible for people of all abilities, which is great. It has a rubberized surface, and has lots of different playground equipment areas for all to enjoy. It's kind of part of the amusement park, but it's totally free and open to the public. This park has three zip lines! It also has musical instruments, wheelchair-accessible ramps up to the jungle gym, slides, swings, a merry-go-round with a zero-depth entry, and lots of other unique features that I had never seen on a playground before. Honestly, I've been to a lot of playgrounds, and this is one of the most inclusive playgrounds I've ever seen! Good job, Green Bay. One thing to note: There are no restrooms or water fountains at this playground. There is lots of parking, though.

There's a merry-go-round, musical instruments, a pretend pirate ship and lots more. The ground is that soft, rubberized material, and it's all around the playground. There are a few benches around the playground for parents and caregivers, but not a lot of shade. This park is 21 acres, and the playground is steps away from the Fox River and the De Pere Riverwalk and Wildlife Viewing Area. You could spend a lot of time here, between playing at the playground, walking along the trails of the riverwalk and peeping the wildlife living around this area.

It's a good park, but it has seen better days…read more The park is under-staffed. Each day, a handful of rides are not in operation because the parks department failed to recruit staff. For example, the park has opened a new train this year, but that means the old train line is not running. The new train line is far less scenic, but because it's new they staff it. Parking is generally free, but the park has recently designated prime-parking spaces near the pavilion building as paid parking spaces. To use the paid-parking spaces, they want you to download an app. Consequently, these prime parking spaces are left empty through the day, except for the one car I saw parked illegally there which received a ticket. The park is clean and the staff is usually nice. Tickets for rides are inexpensive, and concessions are inexpensive. Expect prices for tickets to increase in the near future. Also expect the number of tickets required per ride to increase. This amusement park has had a good run, but the parks department management is doing all they can to kill the park.
