Been here a number of times but not since before Covid. This visit I noticed how raggedy some of the foam squares were looking and how badly some of the mats need to be washed or replaced. Too many of the smaller children going into the big kid play areas with no supervision and nearly getting hurt, kicked, etc. (which is on the parents I realize but I don't want to supervise your kids). I know sometimes options are limited with entertaining kids, especially in WI during the cold months but for the price they charge, it's time for ownership to start investing back into the business. Eeeeh....fool me once. My advice pass. It's small. There are more walking platforms than trampolines. Place could be a lot more if owner pride and some money put into it. 20 bucks for an hour. The 2 massage chairs facing to where the front desk is..weird...a lot of top "jiggling" going on...turn them. Dirty bumpers...smelly...duct tape on obstacle course...carpet needs stretching...dodge ball net ripped...I can go on and on. Use the "Gravity" or "Sky Zone" model, put this place in a bigger facility and you would make money hand or fist. Too bad this is just a cheap attempt on a money grab on cold weather climate. Most of the foam blocks, you know, the ones used to catch you after jumping, or falling, are either disintegrating, leaving the jumper covered in pieces of foam, or all together missing. See: Balance Beam. The young girl working the counter had the personality and people skills of a toaster. Too busy either on her phone, trying to conceal it, yes, we can see you, or complaining about God knows what. The younger guy they was walking around was at least friendly. Was a little nervous looking at reviews from other folks about the cleanliness of the location, but was super happy with our time. All the dust people are referring to at this location is underneath the apparatuses...to get dirty, your kids would have to cut through a mesh net or somehow slide beneath a 1/2 inch gap between the apparatus and floor. I brought my grandchildren for a day of fun. After I paid, I realized it was a bit more than I had expected. I went back up to the gal that checked me out and asked if the kids received the 20% discount as it is on their sign. She said, we don't do that unless you ask for it. I could understand the 6 or 7 year old, but not to think the 14 year old was in school is ridiculous. She said there was nothing she could do because I didn't ask for the discount. All 3 kids are in school. I'm very disappointed. read more

The place was very Clean. The attendants were friendly and informative while keeping the place safe for the kids to play. Large parking. Not much food or drink but you may bring in your lunch and sit at a table. Fun for all! read more

I stopped in to purchase some gift cards for their Black Friday sale which was spend $25 to get a gift card and you earn $10 free for a gift card. When I got here parking was difficult as it was busy. Once inside the line was long for the one attendant who was helping people at the counter. Once we got up I asked for two $50 which was honestly my mistake I did not know I had to specifically ask for 4 ($25) gift cards to get the deal. At the end of the transaction I asked if that included the Black Friday extra cash. She informed me that no it had to be the $25 cards. She then handed me my cards and started talking to the next person. I will admit my husband and I were upset so we had to leave and come back later in the day. When my husband came back the lady (may have been a manager) was helpful and kind to him. She refunded the cards and made sure the deal went through. Outside of this confusion the place seems interesting. Some FYI information:There is limited table room for parties and guests to sit. You do have to sign a waiver if you are even in the building and not using the park. Parking is tight outside. Everyone there seemed to be having a blast. I am sure my nieces and nephew will enjoy this place when they come. read more

Staff was nice but there was nobody jumping except for my brother and I. Trampolines are very stiff, so if you're looking to chuck some mondo flips this isnt the place. We went on Saturday afternoon around noon for my daughters birthday, we didn't book a party with them because we just weren't going to invite that many kids. They let my daughter jump free and gave her a shirt for her bday! How cute and nice, definitely wasn't expecting that! It was clean and there was plenty of room to sit! I loved that there wasn't too many big kids at the time we went so my 3 year old could jump! They do have a designated little jump section (48 inches and shorter) which is so nice! It didn't get packed until around 2 ish! This trampoline park is on the smaller side but it looks like they're still adding on! They don't have a concession stand but do have vending machines! Overall we had a super great time! Plenty to do and the staff was friendly and attentive to make sure rules were being followed! read more

We had my daughter's birthday party here. From the point of making the reservations until leaving the party, everything was handled in a very professional and excellent manner. Everything was well set up and very clear with directions. We have had birthday parties other places where there was confusion as to where we should go or what was included, everything at Get Air was very well organized. Place was nice when we walked in. Then the teens came in and took over. Doing flips and throwing each other into the foam pits - all things the rules say do not do and not a single employee stopped it. My daughter was "talked to" for attempting to swing on the silks and was not bothering anyone so I was confused why she was singled out yet the other kids seemed to do what they wanted. Bathrooms were gross! Will not go back! Complained to management and have still not heard anything. Very disappointing. read more

Was me and my boyfriends first time going. Staff was very friendly and fun. Prices weren't too bad. The place was clean. We went on a good day because there was hardly anyone there. Horrible!!! They told 3-12 year old and 1-14 year old boy to leave!!! The boys did without an adult!!! Then walked to other businesses before calling for a ride home. They left 20 minutes after they got there!!! Something doesn't seem right?! Apparently others were complaining, I'm assuming it was the same kids that shoved my kid and said some nasty things and ran to the basketball hoop where my kids were playing?!!!! They won't let me come in as a 17 year old with my friends because my parents were away on vacation. I understand that there is a legal liability, but the employees were very rude and disrespectful about it and turned my whole group away just because I was underage. Didn't get to actually experience the place but it didn't look impressive at all, very crowded with not a lot of activities. read more

We wanted to do something fun with our kids and 4 families came and paid for admission, I was the last one to go through and when we got up after signing the waivers one of the other mothers said only buy one hour because the kids can't go on the fun parts. The employee helping me seeing the height of my son said oh no you guys can go on all of them. So I paid and after was told oh no your kids cannot go on the bigger trampoline (the one that you can actually bounce on).
