Now onto the the actual work. I contacted them months ago for some estimates and Jim/Virgil was great to work with. He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. However what I was disappointed with was the fact that when removing the old countertops, one of the concrete walls was severely damaged and when I asked for it to be fixed. I was told that it would cost extra money. Furthermore all the countertops debris that fell into the cabinets were not cleaned up and removed. Thus I had to go to Home Depot get some some putty, patch the wall myself and clean out all the debris that was left in the cabinets. So 3 stars for yes replacing the countertops but a poor job of cleaning the mess left behind and furthermore having to fix damages incurred during the replacement

John was extremely knowledgeable and dove in immediately to assess and diagnose our challenges. He answered all of our questions and brought a great energy with him in addition! I had Jason bid a project to level my basement floor and install a new tile floor. They installed…read morethe floor with tiles sticking up all over and cut the tiles around the wood trim that left gaps. They proceeded to grout the tile and then didn't come back the next day to wipe down the tiles to remove the excess grout so the tiles have a horrible film over them. Jason said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but now will not reimburse me for the money I spent with them or the materials I bought so I can have the floor redone by someone that knows what they are doing. He bid this project for 4 days and it was over 4 months before I finally told them to stop doing anything else because they haven't done anything at all correctly. I should have checked BBB reviews before I hired them to do the job.
