He and his team were so pleasant, professional and did very exacting work. On February 6, 2020 our regular monthly payment of $498 was charged to our credit card, I spoke to Elvis and he said, no problem, I'll talk to my bank and they'll reverse the charge. Then March 6, 2020 another payment of $498 is charged to my credit card. I spoke to Elvis and he stated that he'd fix it and was having trouble with the bank. After receiving nothing from his company I cancelled the account with AdGuerilla on March 31, 2020. April 6, 2020 another charge was made to my credit card and I disputed it with the bank and they credited my account, May 6, 2020 it happened again and I disputed the charge and was credited. I had a very bad experience and am hoping this review prevents someone else from making the same mistake.

No one had a printer tech to recommend. I called Unique. They were very nice on the telephone. Sent a skilled technician out the next morning to my home - even though it was a Saturday. He showed up on time, fixed the printer, explained the problem and showed us what maintenance we needed to do soon that we could do ourselves so as not to have to pay him.
