Everyone was super polite (Gotta wonder what the average customer acts like up here...) and even though I had to pay a bit for the tires, since I came in expecting a flat fix, the oil change and new tires came just in time for the snow. Rides really smooth now. I used to use another place in town, but ever since my wife got new tires put on her car here, I keep coming back. Service was fast, ate at subway and messed around in Wal-Mart till they were done.

I told him I needed an oil change and the Hyundai dealer recommended to change the drive belts. He said they were busy, but he'd squeeze me in since I was from out of town. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Doyle Johnson's whether you live here or you're from out of town.

Warning to anyone in the Casper, WY area stay very far away from Second Wind Performance they will…read morecompletely rip you off and their technicians are beyond incompetent. We were warned to stay away from them the day we took it in from someone else they had screwed over for thousands and we should have listened. We took our vehicle to them for a simple leak down test on one cylinder which they did incorrectly but since it was a simple test we took the risk regrettably. In the aftermath checking with other shops in town we found out that they charge literally twice as much as every other shop in town. When you talk to their management they will completely lie multiple times to save their own rear end and will take zero accountability for their wrongs and will put zero effort into making things right. They will also give you assumptions instead of true diagnostics in order to try and scam you out of more money. If you want your vehicle properly taken care of and for a fair price, then do not ever go to this sorry excuse for a shop and do your homework on their pricing. I will be taking my truck back apart this weekend to find out what they put back together incorrectly since it is now running worse than when we dropped it off. Joe their front desk guy is nice but the rest of the shop is horrible.

I own a vintage vehicle with very low mileage and work hard to maintain it as best as I can. When I first purchased it, I went to another shop for a tune-up and fluid change, assuming the job was done properly. Little did I know, the fluid flush never happened. Thankfully, these guys caught the issue during a visit and showed me in person just how badly my coolant needed to be flushed. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness in explaining the situation and presenting a clear plan of action with a fair payment breakdown. They were able to take care of it the same day, working quickly and with precision to ensure the job was done right They even went out of their way to compliment me on the maintenance of the rest of the car, saying that they were particularly impressed that a 23 year old car had no rust underneath it and had only 30k miles.... thanks guys!!! Y'all are the best. It's rare to find such trustworthy mechanics, and I am grateful for their expertise and exceptional service. Prior to this ball joint replacement i had NO performance issues what's so ever. This was evidently a result of their service. This was a serious and sudden shift especially since a ball joint replacement (suspension work) SHOULD NOT cause engine trouble directly. I would not recommend this location.
