I…read morecan't say enough positive things about my experience with their company and service tech, Desmond. He returned my call promptly, showed up an hour later, and was professional and positive about getting it fixed. He was able to diagnose a tricky electrical problem that turned out to be a melted connection in a junction box in my attic (on a 95°day!) that was hard to find due to insulation being blown into the attic on top of the wiring and junction boxes. He definitely earned his money and this review today. Professional - on time - knowledgeable - and just a pleasure to work with. I personally recommend Tri County Electric to anyone needing the service of an electrician in the Cincinnati area.

I am not sure if Apollo is a good company to work for, but their employees are exceptional and hopefully Apollo is treating them the way they deserve to be treated because they don't want to lose any of the workers we had an experience with....The gentleman with the movie tattoo was clearly a kind person, going the extra mile and all of the technicians we encountered listened and explained everything. I recently got a quote to fix a small gas leak at a fitting that goes to the water heater…read more Duke had already come out and told me exactly where the leak was, and that it was caused by the pipe dope drying out after 40 years. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.

The price was reasonable. Richard asked that I call him when Watson's provided a delivery window so he could be at the house at the same time. So, I was sure to call him with the window as soon as Watson's let me know. Richard arrived 30 minutes before the delivery window. He was a bit of a magician running the electric from our garage through our finished basement and outside without damaging any drywall. Richard did great work and left no mess. I highly recommend!

We called Chuck's Electric due to several outlets not working in our house. We were able to schedule a quick and convenient appointment time. Paul arrived promptly at the appointed time and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Paul was professional and courteous. He provided insight into how our house was wired (vintage 1985) that should help us avoid future problems. I'd definitely use Chuck's Electric again. read more

CEO - Paul Kalous is awful to work with. Hires someone to do a job for him, after the job is complete, he doesn't return emails or phone calls and will not pay for the service. I do not recommend this company! read more

Free estimates were given, charge should they need to get parts and provide service. The rep did what I already did. After a few extra flips of the switch, the electric worked. Rep commented on not liking the brand of product that someone had installed. He mentioned being able to change out the box should it shut off again. Seemed good, until the rep tried to charge $200 when no paperwork was provided nor was there an actual issue noted - just presumed because of the brand. The owner made assumptions, wrong as they were, but it is not worth discussing further. Rep was nice when here. The owner should have come as he said, though, or at least provide information to his rep before sending them. No documents, no actual issue presented or estimate given should an issue had been found for work to be done. The owner tried to argue against what he wrote on the free estimate. I would not have allowed this company to come for a $200 charge. There were other electricians that do not charge a fee, and those that did charge were less than $200, but I thought by Souders reviews, their being fairly local, and the free estimate would have been good if I actually needed work done. Their attempts to make their work cost more if they waited to actually do work made me never want to use their services.

Radin Electric had to trace down the transformer which was hidden in a drop ceiling in the basement because we had no clue where it was and replaced it. Once it was replaced not only is the camera functioning again but the doorbell is much louder than what it was previously and no we can hear it in every room. Tom and Sam were very knowledgeable and friendly. They discovered that our house had been wired in an inexplicable way that only became exacerbated by whomever did the basement remodel before we bought the house. They ultimately pinpointed it to a faulty outlet that I had changed a couple of years ago that just couldn't handle the load of all that was being run through it (something like ten other switches and outlets). There was actually some melted plastic on it. They also offered other tips to make our home safer and were very careful to clean up everything. Great team. Great technology. Reasonable prices.
