The good- nice design, painless installation…read more The bad-As they will tell you, all of their products (light fixtures, bulbs, etc) are proprietary to them. Here's what that means in real life- you will need to call them for EVERY. LITTLE. THING! in the first year, we had 4 LED bulbs go out at different times. a service call each. After the warranty period is over, each service call is hundreds of dollars- just to replace a bulb. To date, we have spent nearly as much rep bulbs as we did on the system install. As for the service call, good luck with that. they customarily schedule weeks, sometimes months out. If being held hostage by the equipment and having to wait long periods to be charged exorbitant prices to get it fixed is okay with you, then this might be the company for you. otherwise , you may want to look at other options. (BTW- from an installation cost standpoint, they're at the upper end of the scale.)
