PAC called us and told us they could come and fix our trailer right where it was. They hand everything they needed to fix. Let me tell you we loved hearing that! If you ever had to watch your stuff be loaded on a flat bed and drove down the interstate, you know how stressful it is. A half hour later we were cruising down the road. They said it was just easier to repair it by the road than it would be to tow it to the shop. They don't normal do this. $507 for both side of our bearings repacked, Thanks guys!

On our way back home to Indiana our Alternator AND battery quit working. Mind you this is on a Friday at 4pm!! Luckily, we broke down at the Hideaway Bar and Grill in Bruce Fl instead of half a mile in either direction. The closest place for a repair was Wrench It Tire and Auto. I have AAA, but they would only tow to an approved dealer 35 miles away, and they were closed until Monday by the time our van would have made it there. I decided to call Wrench It Tire & Auto to let them know my situation. I talked to Heather (Josh's wife), who told me she would talk to her husband (Josh) to see if they could do anything for us. She said they would be willing to stay later that day to ensure we got back on the road that night! They appointed me as a fantastic tow driver(Larry) for a reasonable price. He had terrific hospitality! I knew we were in great hands when he told me about himself and the people who work at Wrench It. Josh confirmed it was the Alternator and battery. He said he could call his other tech to grab the part from a store that was 30 minutes away and start working on it. They worked on the van until it was past 10pm! They got her all fixed up and back up and running. They had so much patience because we didn't have nearly as much money for the parts and labor on one payment form, so they helped us use multiple different payment forms. I can't express how grateful our family is for this shop and the people who run it! If you're anywhere near Ponce De Leon, Florida area and want to make sure your vehicle is adequately taken care of by personable and caring people, then you NEED to come here! I was looking for another place to go to in the morning when I noticed this place seemed opened. I assumed it may have been a 24 hour spot. I pulled in and asked about tires. I was told to back in and my car was immediately lifted and tire removed. No attitude. I then learned I was very lucky. It was after 8p on a Saturday. The crew was only present because they were working on something else. My tire was pretty bad off. I was aware that my tire wasn't common. I just kept waiting to be told that they couldn't do anything to save it. I also learned that tire repair is a dying art. Most tire shops today only want to remove and replace tires. He did some engine work on my 1997 Honda Civic. We received a phone call stating that we owed $400 and the car was still not running. We were also informed we had 5 days to pay this amount or our vehicle was going to be sold. After much heated discussions he came to the agreement that we would remove it from his property for 300$. When we got the car back home we realized that the engine was totally dismantled and parts had been stripped. I would STRONGLY recommend that Noone use this auto shop unless you enjoy headaches and harassment.
