WORST SHOP IVE EVER USED! ACTUAL FRAUD! This shop is the most fraudulent, unprofessional shop ive…read moreever seen. It needs to be closed, and as of this date I am taking legal action against it! I took a Triumph Daytona 675 over to be worked on, it had not run for a few years and needed serious repair. I had serious doubts of the shop from the beginning but gave them a shot. THAT WAS A MISTAKE! The work was some of the worst work I've ever seen, and I was grossly overcharged for service. I was billed $5,200.00 for a fuel system that was incorrectly repaired and used aftermarket parts that I had to go in after the fact and FIX MYSELF! It had 3 leaks, and the coolant system hoses were not correctly fitted. IT GOT WORSE! The whole bike was filthy, he didn't even clean out the radiator inlets and the brake system were dangerously half fixed. (It was nonfunctional, and he was supposed to FIX it.) I also found out he had no ability to do ANY kind of electronic diagnosis, and claimed it was "too complicated, and was a Triumph". This is complete b****t, as a simple Tune ECU program can easily diagnose that model bike. He made up some ridiculous story about why the rest of the work had not been done and assured me he would "make it right". So, I mistakenly paid him and remained polite about the matter. He later charged me an additional $496.03 for a set of Perelli Diablos I requested he put on FOUR TIMES! along with a new chain. He NEVER did any of this. So, a month goes by, and he feeds me this wild story about not being able to "get what he needs" to do the job. So, I briefly take the bike, diagnose the electronics MYSELF, and return it so he can finish the work. Well, not only does this a****le NOT put on the chain or the Perellis. He incorrectly installs my turn and taillights which don't work correctly and fried the fuses. Puts on a set of cheap Chinese Shankos, charges me an ADDITIONAL $398.47 and tells me "I'm just putting these on here until I can get the Perellis in". At that point I had reached my limit... This guy literally was fraudulently ripping me off to my face. He wouldn't even look at me when I talked to him. He kept his head buried in his phone. He literally was charging me nearly 900$ for a set of tires I never got, and mis wired turn indicators that grounded and blew fuses. After one of the worst repairs! I'm leaving out the rest to shorten this! The whole nightmare unfolded over a month, and everything about the service was negligent. At this point I sent in a demand letter, called the bank to stop payment, and am in the process of a civil claim and complaint with the State against this shop. It's the worst shop I've ever seen, and I've seen some bad ones. TO: Shiffletts Customs - Legal Owner/To whom it may concern. I know it gets said a lot that people wish they could give zero stars to a business but please I…read morebeg you believe me when I say this shady business deserves negative stars. Took my 2013 Ninja 1000 with 6500 miles because it would chug really bad at low RPMs and to install a tail light because I'm busy working full and go to college full time. He upsold me with a 'full service' (he didn't do any of that) which was dumb because the bike had fresh oil and everything was always lubed and inspected before every ride. Then coincidentally not even 50 miles later my FI light on. I'm the original owner of my bike and have never even had a hiccup much less the FI light come on. I used to do my own maintenance when I had time and this was the first (and last) time I'm taking it to a mechanic. Oh and an oil change and tail light install cost more than it did to flash my ECU, what? It takes special machinery and knowledge to flash an ECU and cost my $150 less than an EXTREMELY simple oil change and tail light change. I posted pics as proof of the absurd amount I was charged (ya it's pretty wild what he charges.) Oh buddy don't worry the fun doesn't stop there, it took two hours to replace a tail light? It's 2 color coded connectors! How is that even possible?! That's greed on a new level. I could show my mom how to change a tail light and she'd be able to do it in half the time. I'm still stunned. I would of done it but I not only work full tome but go to college full time and take care of my sick mother oh and cook/clean/do millions of other errands daily. There are no words strong enough to describe the amount of greed you have to have to charge 2 hours of labor for a tail light install. So a $90 tail light took $160 to install. Cool. A "full service" was $300? I inspected the bike many times, everything is the EXACT same besides of course the FI light, I suppose that was his definition of a "full service" maybe a service to him by potentially bringing more business if I brought it back to him, keyword "if." So please don't get ripped off as I did. Tale your bike to a reputable shop if you don't have the time to fix it or know how. You'll save tons of time/money. Perhaps even your life.

Excellent for the quality of the repairs but the duration of the repair ? Too long, the excuse is parts for Honda and Toyota coming in slowly, word on the street: bullshit. Honda and Toyota stocks have been doing fairly well in recent months. Customer service? A lot to be desired. "7-10 business days" as told when I turned in my car late August, so expected completion September 10-13, sadly but consistently weekly callings concerning my vehicle's status, "hopefully by the end of the week". Two and half weeks later I called and received a brief explanation of the status of my vehicle and it'll be ready at the end of September. Week three called/ week five in the shop, 38 business days my vehicle was completed. Received the only text from them that my car was ready after I paid for it and picked it up. Communication is key to ensure a smooth business transaction plus reliability to your word. I'm satisfied with the results but not happy with the duration, when surveying the damage of the vehicle: isn't it necessary to order parts for the vehicle posthaste to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner? Yes. If there will be a delay, let them know firsthand and keep the customer updated. This was my first and this is my last time at this business.
