In running errands I saw Dave's shop, lucky me and now lucky you. As his business name indicates, the job is custom to your desires. If you want high end perfection Dave can do it and his price will reflect it. If you just want it to look good for a couple of years he will do it and the price will be lower. Dave does the spectrum of body work from high end perfection to "keep the price low and just make it look good." Dave works by appointment. Call him and leave a message and he will call you back. He can use this business model because his ability and quality has earned him the luxury to work around his moderate family life. I respect that, and if you buy in to this kind of quality talent you will also. I have spent 25 career years sending millions of dollars on my client's behalf through many body shops in the southeast states. In this effort I have seen many successes and many busts. I have sought Dave's services on two other occasions and Dave has done what he said he would do and then some. There has been no price surprises using the "well once we got into it......." He is honest, he is quality and he is what the name says, DAVE'S CUSTOM AUTO. Do not go with Fleming Auto Salvage and Wrecker Service!…read more I called for a tow due to a simple flat tire that needed replacing. Unfortunately due to the drivers negligence while attaching my car to the tow-truck, the rack and pinion gear were bent and punctured the power steering bellow, now Fleming is denying any responsibility for the damages. I have never once had any power steering issues with my car prior to them touching it and now I am on the hook for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen, but I shouldn't be held liable for damages made to my vehicle by others. I am a mother of two, one with special needs and I require safe and reliable transportation... after paying for the tow, the owner, Cliff has refused any responsibility for the damage as a direct result of the removal of my vehicle, the cost of the repairs is now 1800$. With it being so close to the holidays, this is more than problematic! I would encourage others to seek any other company for towing assistance, Fleming is demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and care for their customers. It is shameful and ultimately dishonest.

Called my dealer and then John Lee Mazda service center and they fit me in on a stacked schedule no issues. They checked breaks, greased them and even washed the whole SUV. Even though they aren't affiliated with the Mazda dealership I had the brakes and rotors done, they still did all mentioned. Very kind and knowledgeable gentleman at the service desk and we learned a lot about the newest Mazda SUV's out today with friendly staff throughout the facility. We've owned 3 Mazdas from the Mazds2 ,3 and CX5. Another new CX5 or 30 is in the near future. Solid cars and a vary clean and bright dealership with no hassle showrooms. That's standard, hard sales & as a woman, I'm used to men assuming I know nothing about cars. Growing up with 4 older brothers, you've made a mistake in assuming that in my case, sir. I spoke to a young salesman, Ben, who didn't hear a word I'd said from the second we met. He was instantly dismissive for some reason. His replies to questions or responses to statements had nothing to do with what I'd said. He'd say, with fake exuberance & no eye contact, "Oh really?!" which wasn't any sort of response to the subject. Lol. I found it kind of amusing how I was looked down on so out-of-hand from the start, but that's fine cuz it only made me immediately decide that I'd go elsewhere. He either isn't knowledgeable or simply didn't care. Twice he said he didn't know when I asked q's. Huh? Then ask someone who does. When he was embarrassed that he couldn't provide answers cuz I pushed back, he left me at the desk for about 7-min, then shuffled back with a big sigh & even more disinterest & gave an "I think it's..." answer. Do women never enter your dealership? Do you feel you're wasting your time speaking to one? If so, then rally for a female saleswoman to be hired to deal with 1/2 the population, which apparently annoy you. I'd say don't waste your time, but in my experience, all dealers in any city/state are the same. They're a special breed, these salespeople. I'm not returning. Maybe he had a bad day, but who cares? I can't act like that at my job & still be employed & can find a dealer with employees who will at least look at me when speaking & don't act bored in the process. 0* out of 5, but I'd probably give that to most dealers.
