By far the worst service we have ever experienced, we took our camper during the summer and it took…read morethem 6 months to do half of what we asked and during that 6 months it went into the cold winter and they had it out side and never thought to winterize it so once we finally got it back all of our pipes are busted for one, they "over looked" fixing our fireplace so that was never done. We got a new sink and if I knew how back the caulking around the edges was going to be I would have done it myself, our sink cover won't even sit down in the sink it's so cobbled up. The glue they used to redo our awning it's the same way it's all wadded up I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this kind of work. And they claimed to have fixed our jacks and we got it back with less jacks working than when we sent it in. So unless all the other repair shops closed down I would avoid this place at all costs!!

They had purchased the RV on Saturday, and by Sunday night, they had no AC. We could tell that they were struggling, and it was over 100 degrees in Memphis. There was no way I was going to be in my RV, cool as a cucumber, and watch them struggle. Tommy was referred to us by Dillon at Southaven RV & Marine. Tommy came out and, seeing the situation, stepped up and replaced their converter on their rig. Tommy knew this couple was struggling financially, and we paid for the repair. Tommy donated his time and didn't charge for installation or a service call. He truly helped people out in a time of need, and if we are ever in Memphis, Tommy is our guy. When was the last time a company stepped up and helped people in need? Tommy and his team are trustworthy and respectable individuals. The first experience was a broken spring which in turn had broken the propane line. The second was a broken valve in the Nautilus water system. Both problems created difficulties since we are full-time RVers, but Moses was able to work us into his already crowded schedule and we were able to get underway sooner than we had expected. Tommy has done a wonderful job both times, has gone over and above our expectations, skillfully completed the jobs and all for a reasonable price. They had great pricing, they were incredibly honest, and willing to help us at every turn. The real selling point for me was when I had just returned from the local dealer and discussed extended service plans. The other dealer kept trying to convince me I needed $6,000 in service plans. When I asked specific questions and read over the actual service contracts line by line, I realized that - quite frankly - it was complete crap and barely covered anything (unless, of course, I happened to damage my RV due to an earthquake *eyeroll*). The next day I called Robbie to ask him what service plans they offer as a test (sorry Robbie, haha!). He passed with flying colors when he told me that they didn't endorse any extended warranty plans because the existing manufacture warranties cover quite a bit (as he explained the number of years on each part) and that most of the extended warrianties have odd terms and circumstances where they don't cover common occurrences. Yaaaaas! Exactly what I wanted to hear! When it came to the details of getting payment situated before we arrived, Haley was an absolute dream with which to work. She answered all of our questions in advance and was incredibly organized and efficient. I think the entire transaction took a total of five minutes when we finally arrived. (Not to mention, she provided EXCELLENT restaurant recommendations when we finally arrived in Dexter, Missouri.) Once we arrived at Kris Willis RV, Mark was incredibly helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of our new RV (even while contending with our two dogs who would not stop trying to cuddle with Mark the entire lesson). In addition to RV maintenance, he may secretly be a dog whisperer. On top of all of this, after our first night in a nearby campground we had a few questions and both Mark and a Robbie came to our campsite to help us out! WHAT SERVICE! Later that week, after they knew we were camping our way back to Florida, they called periodically to check in on us and make sure we didn't have any other questions. I can't imagine any other dealer going above and beyond like that! I can't say enough great things about Kris Willis RV and the amazing staff - especially Robbie, Haley, and Mark. Their report stated it was a solid older unit that needed it's roof cleaned. They charged me 267.00 for bad information. I bought it on their recommendation. I'm now in it the purchase price, their fee and almost 4k for needing the entire roof redone, the rotted wood in the bedroom where black mold was growing taken out and replaced.
