She just commented on my weight in rude ways when I mentioned other doctors told me I was fine and it wasn't lots of weight gain. She Shamed the other nurses and doctors. She didn't even take the time to listen to the heartbeat until my boyfriend had her recheck. 30 seconds at max the first time then actually found it after us mentioning that she didn't find it. LIED straight to our faces. I will never be seen by her again I'm not even sure why she works there considering I heard multiple complaints about her just today in th office from other patients. The only reason I will come back is because we APPRECIATE the case manager Irene she's been nothing but good experiences for us as well as the other nurses. Laura Boston deserves to be fired from this company let alone should not be practicing medicine of any sorts. I'd love to make a formal complaint against her so she's gone. The doctors and staff acted quickly, performing an emergency procedure to place three stents, and took amazing care of her until she was transferred to Kaiser. Everyone was compassionate, professional, and kept our family informed every step of the way. I walked in with my dad last Sunday to take him to the emergency room, he had slurred speech (not…read moreunderstandable at ALL) and fell down, when he got up his speech was slow but not slurred but he felt like his tongue was moving slowly and felt bad, dizzy, and weird, he started walking and it was very slow and crooked. We headed over to the ER, and the man who checked us in was SO RUDE and he was questioning us because my dad was "speaking normal" even when I explained everything that happened. He kept insisting that he looked normal, and was looking at me and my dad like we were full of crap and lying, I got very irritated with this man. They immediately took my dad in and the man followed the nurse to tell her that my dad seems fine (basically telling the nurse we were lying) and the nurse then told him my dads vitals and he just said "oh" and left. He was wrong, rude, and inserting himself in situations that he has no business inserting himself in. My dad was in fact having a stroke and was hospitalized for days and is now in a rehabilitation center for a month with recovery that will take longer, he could have died if we waited any longer, and this man could have made them doubt and make my dad wait longer.He was bald with glasses. Seriously would hate to see him again. I will be making a complaint and seek further action. Ps. I thought I would save myself some time by interviewing a doctor to determine if we were a fit. I was bill $600 for talking to a doctor for ten minutes! I asked for blood tests. They would not do the blood tests even though Medicare would have paid. I needed a couple of other testes that Scripps would not order. Guess what! Found a competent doctor that ordered the tests that Scripps would not order, that Medicare paid for, and found the answers I needed to heal an issue that the doctors at Scripps were to incompetent to find! Sharp, here I come! The difference between Scripps and Sharp was so different. I am now a happy Sharp's patient without rogue billing.

She checked me in efficiently, and Martin did a battery of thorough peripheral and eyesight exams. Then I saw Dr. Sundaram who was even more thorough and had me take more tests/scans including optic nerve and cornea. She walked me through the results and went over my MRI with me, explaining what they indicated and next steps. She was factual and matter of fact, but also calmed my nerves a bit. The only reason this is a 4 star review and not 5 stars is because I had two appointments (field eye test then the consult), an hour apart. The second time I was 20 minutes early, checked in online then went to the front desk. The girl who helped me had no idea how to check me in and when I told her what Jackie did to check me in, she still looked lost and went and asked for help. Long story short, it somehow took 25 minutes for this to happen so instead of being early I ended up getting seen late. Dr. Sundaram was great and very thorough, and I would recommend her.

Doctor Perez and her medical assistant Ellie explained everything in detail to me and made sure I had everything that I needed before leaving the facility. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. Absolutely tremendous service and I've of the staff, I didn't get her name smiled and told me to have a nice day on the wait out. I'm even set up for the next few months for appointments and lab work already. I'm glad that I made the switch to this facility.

I love that she doesn't automatically jump right into a medicinal/prescription solution (the easy way out) like many doctors do, but looks at the whole picture. And she's ALWAYS up on the current research and medical news to guide her patients to the utmost. At this point she's got quite a fan club throughout our neighborhood!

I have to contact the Lakes Urgent care office once again only to find out the made a mistake and sent my prescription to the wrong location. When I arrived to my specialist appointment, once again I have to contact the Lakes Office because they never sent over my referral approval. Constant oversight and mistakes with this office. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the communication on her blood pressure medication. The staff at the desk was also very nice too which eased the worry about my Mom. My only complaint is the parking lot. For the amount of patients and the family member or friend or caregiver that have to be there with each patient to drive them home, there is not enough parking spots. The parking lot is very small so even if you are there to just drop off or pick up, it's still too tight to turn around to get out the parking lot.
