Now, for the best part - the food. The delicious, amazing food. Three styles of tacos (soft shell, Deep-fried American-style, and Border/Mexican style), burritos, tamales, quesadillas, three meats - choose from ground beef, chicken, or pork - and all available with rice and/or beans. The Border tacos are my absolute favorite. Two corn tortillas with meat, onion, and cilantro, and a lime to squeeze over the top. There is hot (red) sauce, or mild (green) sauce and, although I prefer the spicer hot sauce, the verde sauce goes really well with these tacos. I have recently started ordering the carnitas (pork), and it is outstanding - roasted, shredded, and perfectly seasoned. The food is a little more expensive than Taco Bell or Taco John's, but there is absolutely no comparison - this is real, authentic, homemade Mexican food, with real meat and fresh toppings, all made to order. I think I could eat these tacos everyday and never look at another fast-food taco again.
