Horrible service, massive mistakes, and radio silence (to this day) around our requests for information or assistance. The worst part, in my opinion, has been an unwillingness even to entertain, let alone accept, any responsibility or contribute in any way towards resolving the situation. Several other friends and colleagues reported to us that they found errors on their returns prepared by Noy Tax as well. I cannot recommend this tax service in any way.
