It really is just like a TARDIS. it looks like a tiny little clubroom from the outside but when you get inside it just goes on forever. There is a massive long bar and a big room with a vast dancefloor and a huge stage. You then go into the Darts room which had my head spinning because it has about 20 dartboards right round the room. There is tables down the middle of the room but it is hard if you have come to support a certain person play as they could be playing at any of the boards and you may not be able to see any of it depending on where you decide to sit. This would be an awesome place to hold a party. They hire out the rooms for functions and they also have live music nights as well as comedy nights and obviously because of the great Darts rooms they hold a lot of darts competitions so great if you just want to watch some good local talent. The prices of drinks are very reasonable and there is a limited parking area out the front but it is right across the road from Abbey St car park so there is no problem there. The staff are OK too. Friendly and efficient as bar-staff should be.

Perfect location for functions and for gigs, this place has been a good centre for derby's local bands and also brought in some bigger bands like Fall Out Boy. Prices arent too bad either. The staff are hard working and always polite. There is a kitchen as well so food is readily available and this also means if booked out for weddin recpetions for example they can cater as well Run by 2 business partners and together its well organised.

You have the main room which is huge, has a large dancefloor and depending upon the night has ballroom dancing, live acts and bingo. Theres also two lounges (one with darts boards - they also have their own team) and pool tables, a snooker room and a kids room as well as a food secition serving cobs and chip and burgers. They also boast their own anglingling, cribbage, dominoes, pool, snooker and darts team. As well as having a boules lawn The staff are great and there is a real sense of communty spirit in there with everyone knowing on another. Great fun!

Really large bingo hall…read more I do like a good night of bingo but it can get expensive especially on a sunday night. they do an early session, main session and late. but they are sperated by board bingo games that go on for a long time and are £1 a go so it can eat through money. On the plus side here prize money is good and on a sunday is particullaly high

It is secure to prevent unplanned escapes and very well planned from both the children's perspective and the parents. The soft play area theme is a hot air balloon with many slides, ball pools and climbing areas to exhaust the most active child and in any weather. It is reasonably priced and provides refreshments for all which can be eaten in comfortable seating more reminiscent of a living room. The bar is like any other working mens club in the country - cheap tables in rows, awful looking carpets, gambling machines. It's usually full of kids which isn't too bad now the smoking ban is in. The other side to the place is the large function room where I've been to many thing - football presentations, weddings, birthdays, kids parties. It's a really decent size, though it's a small bar for a large function. There is a large stage and they have many bands on. The drinks are fairly cheap as you'd expect.
