I have been working with Johnny Battle for the past couple of years and they are quite simply the easiest and most accommodating embroidery provider I have found. The customer service is through the roof and you can tell they really care about their customers and the garments they provide. If something isn't quite right, they will make it exactly right before shipping anything out and even replace it no questions asked! One aspect of the company that I really appreciate is the super fast turn around. I received my garments in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!! Their turn around is crazy fast and for me that's a huge benefit since I'm always so busy. I recently made a visit to their "stitch factory" to pick up some hats they did for me and I must say these guys run a tight ship. I wasn't sure what to expect since most of the other providers I have encountered seem to have a "sweat shop" type of feel when you walk in. Not these guys! Their facility was super clean and when I walked in. Cannon the manager greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at hone. Really impressive and it's refreshing to see these guys really caring about their business and the facility they work. They even have a foosball table in the front showroom for their staff and visitors as well. How cool is that?! Their staff seemed to be really happy working there too which was cool to see as well. I bundled several items and everything arrived sooner than expected and in flawless condition. When I was setting up my table it caused me to look harder at a piece I recently ordered direct from Le Creuset and I discovered a flaw, (already proving a hassle to rectify that) so going forward I would absolutely order from Chefs Corner instead of direct from manufacturer. This company is unparalleled in a lot of respects in comparison to a lot of others selling the only brand of cookware I have interest in-Le Creuset. On Dec 8th 2014 I purchased a (Green) of Dre Beats Studio wired head phones from this company via eBay (they sell a ton via eBay). I bought them for my son for Christmas. They reported on Dec 9th my package was shipped after I ordered and paid Dec 8th, the same day. But after ten days my tracking information via USPS stated the package had arrived at AURORA, CO 80011 "Arrived at USPS Origin Facility" and never moved forward but this was not TRUE! I called and emailed this company several times and finally spoke to Walter in customer service who told me my package was lost??? And stated a new package would be shipped but they only had "black" left now using the same tracking ID! I confirmed with the USPS after opening a search request for my original package that this is impossible, if NetDirectSales actually had shipped my item they could never use the same tracking ID again. Two days after my call my shipment (now a "black" set of head phones, as they were out of green now???) remember I bought and paid for a green set of Studio head phones was shipped and it made it's way to Birmingham, AL from CO destination Southern CA????? On Dec 27th my package finally arrived after traversing the entirety of the US. I had made additional calls and reached Luis in customer support when I requested to immediately speak to a supervisor on Dec 23rd. Luis stated that his supervisor would be calling be back that day, of course they never called me back!!! They also never responded to my email as well via eBay. Upon arrival of my package, I noticed the word "Green" was manually marked out and the word "Black" was instead hand written on the shipping label which further solidifies the fact my shipment was never sent anywhere on Dec 9th. Again I was lied to! Additionally, after the sale (they had their money) NetDirectSales went on to their eBay listing and altered the original posting to restate the color option (green was removed) and the shipping details were altered. My package was stated to have been shipped "Priority Two Day", I received it Dec 27th at 11:30AM. Almost three weeks after I ordered and paid immediately for my item which I remind was changed after I paid for it. All this company needed to do is email or call me and let me know their green head hones had ran out and then ship me a pair of black head phones in time for Christmas on or about Dec 9th, instead they did nothing and my package never arrived in time after three WEEKS!!! Ludicrous customer service practices. I will never shop with them via eBay or any other means. This company offers extremely poor customer support, I wonder how they treat customer's who need to exchange/return an item!!???
