Pages within the index were torn and the front cover was also damaged. I reported this to the vendor who in turn gave me a full refund. I tried to fix it but I actually made matters worse. So, I took it to Office Max here in western Highlands Ranch. In less than 24 hours I went to pick it up. It was beautifully done. However I wanted the card stock cover laminated. I ordered a dresser from Woodley's. I have several Woodley's furniture pieces and love their…read morequality. The delivery company was very rude and unprofessional. The bedroom where the dresser was to be placed has very light colored carpeting and I asked the delivery men to use booties, which I furnished. The delivery man who was slightly bald with glasses and somewhat rotund went ballistic. His name was either Matt or Mark. He stated I would be liable and sued for any injuries if the delivery men slipped because of the booties. The entrty flooring to my home has a huge rug and the bedroom is carpet. It is my house and I did not want filthy tennies on the rug/carpet. I was told OSHA would not allow booties. Booties are not slippery. I did not even have a chance to lay down tarps to protect my home. The rotund delivery man screamed at me and I responded equally. Birdeye delivery needs training on how to deal with the public.

Walked into Staples with my wife and daughter to print invitations and grab a few things. Saw some…read moreiTunes cards and picked up $120 worth. Being visually impaired, I asked where the printers were and got hit with "over there... straight." No real direction, just brushed off. Checked out, even signed up for the rewards program, everything seemed fine. Before even making it home, checked the cards--they didn't work. Went back to the store, and the same woman was there. Whole energy off. Loudly saying, "Yeah, they back to return what they just bought," like announcing it to everybody. Then she starts yelling at her own employee at the register, going off about how the cards weren't for sale, even though another manager had already looked at those same cards earlier and said it was fine. When it was time to get the refund, she told the cashier to go help someone else--basically kicking her off her own register mid-situation. The other employee nearby looked completely shocked and uncomfortable. The attitude during the refund process was nasty, trying to push keeping one of the cards even though it didn't work. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncomfortable experience all around. Some people really don't have no customer service sense at all. They won't be getting business again.

Spoke with the manager, Peter, today about an issue I had with incorrect orders being place on my…read moreaccount. I manage a business in Oregon, and an order was placed in store for a similar business name, but it wasn't me. The customer paid in store so no charge to my account. I called to verify the information, see why the order was added to my account, and let him know that it happened. He was fantastic and quick. Looked up the info, spoke with the employee, confirmed the inaccuracy and done. After speaking with him, I had to call another store located in Phoenix that the same thing also happened at. That manager was beyond rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. He even hung up on me. So, I called Peter back and asked for his help since that manager wasn't willing to. Peter did no problem, looked up the information for me and confirmed that all three incorrect orders from CO, AZ and IL were all similar, incorrect orders created by employee error. Peter was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Peter, I don't know if we'll ever meet, but thank you.

When I arrived, I had to wait for two customers ahead of me. When I finally spoke with a staff member, I explained my need for urgent lamination for work. The staff member informed me that they had a substantial workload with at least 30 jobs ahead, and despite my assurance that it would take less than 2 minutes, he was unwilling to accommodate my request, even arguing about the feasibility. I then requested to speak to a manager, but was told that they were in meetings. Given the poor service, I decided to leave and share my disappointing experience.
