My husband came to an appointment with me. He asked Nabila if maybe she could change my medication before we do electro shock therapy. She replied to my husband, "Where did you get your medical degree?" He was just trying to help me. Conveniently Nabila's brother was the Dr. I went to to be shocked. It did nothing except make me loose my memory. I went to a real psychiatrist and they changed my medication. That's all I needed.

I then called and set up my appt with this not nice person on the phone mind you I was a little out of it due to the accident I then got a hold of the receptionist and she set me up with a date and a time. Tell me it was 11 o'clock but try to be there by 10:30 which I didn't recall that and the next day when they sent me a confirmation confirming my appointment saying 11 o'clock like I must've mest that up so I went then about 10 min after 11 I couldn't get a shirt on nor my pants I was trying to get there with out anyone helping me that's when receptionist started yelling, she was yelling at me, telling me that I had to reschedule my appointment because she told me the day before, when I was still out of it from the accident.i was going to have tobe there half an hour early to fill out paperwork and I lost it for a min and raised my voice I then got control of my self and rescheduled make sure that my insurance was good and then told her what kind of insurance I had for the 3 rd time so then we rescheduled. Dr. Saalouke knows his stuff! I have been going to Dr. Saalouke since I was 3 months old. I am now 22. Still I go for checkups at least once a year, and I actually look forward it. I really do love everyone there and I could never say enough amazing things about them all. They've all been there for me since the beginning. First off, not only is Dr. Saalouke a fantastic doctor, he's a great guy. You can tell that he actually truly cares about his patients. Marcy, the echo tech, is awesome and so sweet. They are both so good at what they do. When you call up, more than likely you'll get Diane. She's great too and very helpful. If you are looking for a good pediatric cardiologist in the Youngstown area, give Dr. Saalouke's office a call. I am sure that he would point you in the direction of an excellent pediatric cardio thorasic surgeon or recommend another great doctor if he doesn't specialize in what your child has. I could never thank anyone there enough for all that they have done for me.

One Health Ohio - Falls Family Care Review of Dr. Cubbison…read more (5 stars) I can say without hesitation that this review is for Dr. Cubbison only not for One Health Ohio, and that is because first of all One Health Ohio would get about a star maybe a star and a half, long waiting periods make you think that you're forgotten about and one time my wife and I just walked out we had other places to be and they were cutting into that time frame by not seeing us on our scheduled time but because of that I am only reviewing Dr. Cubbison for the simple fact that he is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing and visiting with. In a world where medical care can often feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional, he stands out as a rare kind of physician--one who truly cares about his patients as human beings. From the moment you walk into the exam room, you can feel his sincerity. He listens--really listens--to what you're saying. He doesn't talk over you, he doesn't dismiss your concerns, and he doesn't treat you like just another appointment on the schedule. Instead, he takes the time to understand what's going on, both medically and personally, and he approaches every situation with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Cubbison has consistently provided me with the care I need, including the medications that help me function and stay healthy. He does so thoughtfully and responsibly, always explaining why something is necessary and making sure I understand how it will benefit me. I've never felt judged, ignored, or rushed. Never again. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I was called up and told the doctor…read morecouldn't see me cause she's allergic to dogs; I have service dogs. Keep in mind, they not only let us sit there all that time, it was also mentioned about my service dogs when I made the appointment. They immediately tried to schedule me somewhere else instead of trying to fix the situation. Keep in mind, it is illegal to deny service based on allergies or fear of dogs, per federal law (ADA). It turned into another hour of calling and talking to different people and them trying to "negotiate" with me. Read, they wanted to figure out a way to not accommodate us, while making it look like they were "working with us." I only needed to get a refill on meds. That was literally it. So, 2 1/2 hours later, and being forced to put my service dogs in the car, I finally saw the doctor and was able to leave. The whole situation was not only illegal, it was just plain unethical. You don't ask someone to be separated from their medical equipment. End of the day, it comes down to this: You can take Benadryl. I can't stop being disabled. You might have to suffer through some discomfort for the rest of the day. I'll be spending the rest of the week dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional fallout.
