do not waste your time i never been treated so bad by a mental health doctor soon as i mentioned i was on klonopin and my online psych doctor told me only way for an increase in in person so i go in person to valley and was treated like a junky, no respect soon as i asked for an increase she says she cant which i know is a lie because my doctor literally told me they could. i said i was gonna lose my job she laughed which tells me she knows nothing about how serious what it is i'm going thru she didn't care or show she cared she was rude rotten very ignorant 5 years i stay in side i get everything i need from this medications but soon as i mention it i get laughed at looked at dirty this place shouldn't exist read more

I respect my doctor of almost 30 years, but the staff including the nurse and receptionists, etc. do not put the patient first. Upon requesting a refill to an out of state location as I was going on vacation, the nurse told me she didn't have time for me because she had more clients and hung up on me before I could respond. In person, the other day, she swore at me after I waited 2 hours just to ask a question about the same prescription. As soon as another co-worker showed up, she turned nice. DO NOT GO HERE. I strongly suggest to look at other options. That's what I'm doing now. read more

I thought the doctor that my child saw was wonderful, but the receptionist at the front desk is awful. She is rude and talks down to you especially when you call in to ask a question. Someone needs to tell her that she is dealing with people who need help. This is unacceptable behavior. read more

Second worst counseling service (the now defunct Turning Point was worse). Other than my therapist the treatment team is incompetent and for payeeship you can't contact them directly have to go through a social worker. I went through two case managers and two psychiatrists. Staff turnover seems to be high. I have 3 friends who was associated with them only one of them is happy with them. The other 2 did what I did and taken our business elsewhere, I am the last of the 3 to leave wish I left sooner. read more

Moved here from portage county took 3 months to see a doctor then couldn't understand the doctor my son was so frustrated he walked out of the room she kept asking my son if he heard voices doctor wanted to change his medication an my son hasn't slept in 3 days because of the new medication. I have a family member who was a client for about a year and a half. Her counselor retired recently and she was referred to another counselor. When she arrived for her first visit, in distress due to a recent life event, she was told her appointment was cancelled because that counselor resigned. They informed her that a supervisor was to have called her to let her know. No one had contacted her. In addition, she was told that she only had one more choice for counselor because she has insurance. However, she is not comfortable with that counselor. It's RIDICULOUS that you have to see a certain counselor because you have PRIVATE insurance. You're still getting paid! In addition, my sister also had an appointment with the nurse practitioner, who is also leaving to work someplace else, on same day at a different office. She was told when she got there that she didn't have an appointment, however she had it recorded. The nurse practitioner was there, and my sister was obviously on the verge of crisis, but she did not offer to see her. It literally would have taken 5-10 minutes for her to see my sister. What is wrong with you people? Ten minutes would have too much to take to help someone in crisis? What, you won't do it because you can't count it towards your productivity??? My sister had already lost two counselors and was about to lose a nurse practitioner within about a month and a half. Your agency does a GREAT job at perpetuating mental health issues to ensure job security. You just can't seem to keep your counselors. If I could have given you negative stars I would. read more
