The young lady was very nice and sent me through a second time after the bugs were still thick following the first wash. Although they sprayed bug remover before each wash, it was done quickly and haphazardly. After vacuuming my car, I checked again and there were still bugs all over the front. When I went back, the manager told me they had already sent me through twice and there was nothing else they would do. I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but if I pay $20 for a car wash, I expect my car to come out clean, especially after going through twice. The young lady was pleasant, but the wash results and the manager's response were disappointing. I would not recommend Surf Thru Car Wash.

Also, I asked to add on the $30 hand wax and the girl told me it would be an extra 30 minutes to which i said is fine. She hesitated and with an attitude said "do you really WANT a wax?"
