Looks like they got rid of customer appreciation day with 40% entire store And the 20% off for returning customers. I guess the 20% off is now a happy hour and the 40%is on Kush and Maven products. Management sees these as improvements I and many other customers do not. I use to promote the heck out of Kush. I have keychains and stickers that I was so proud of. Told everyone they should check this place out. Not anymore, in fact now I'm looking for a new spot so I'm telling them not to go Kush and finding out where they go instead. So SAD.

When I arrivef, the seller confirmed and said I could stack the deal and get two for the same price each. I wanted to spend the savings in other products so I shopped around. My wife ends up getting something for herself too and I make the purchase on one transaction to avoid extra fees so I didn't bat an eye on pricing at that time. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed that the $22 bag was had not been discounted, and was charged full price (save a generic daily discount they had going on). I didn't notice if there was a first time customer discount available either, but if there was it also wasn't applied. My experience otherwise was great, the options were very good and they had hard to find items. The atmosphere on the other shops on rest of the lot seemed very good too. I would've liked to come back. Unfortunately, having me pay nearly double the price than I intended to was very unpleasing.

The order was late and he refused to accommodate me paying with card. He actually accused me of lying. I called customer service and they refused to help. They said it was in the "Description". There is no description and they can easily change the settings in their weedmaps or read the details of the order while packaging it they would have seen it called me and I could have gotten cash. But no this place is a bunch of stoners with zero accountability or respect for anyone other then their pockets. I waited over two hours for my medicine to be treated with nothing but disrespect. I am post op for surgery and need my medicine. Clearly this place is a cash grab and not for the patients.
