When the worker is at fault for not scanning your security tag on you items after you've already checked out, and so the sensor goes off and the security SNATCHED MY BAG OUT OF MY HANDS SO FAST, as if I was stealing and caused embarrassment in a store full of other customers, to then have security put their hand on me as I was exiting. I kept my composure, but that was in called for completely for something that was on the worker completely. read more

They tried to intimidate me standing by the door and following me when I asked if I can look around still was told yes by the budtender in the cashier area. Cool store but the atmosphere in there is hostile good thing there's other dispensaries to explore from. They charge if you use a card and give u back cashback when you say no tip. "Swish Swish bish," my new favorite local cannabis spot with little baskets! Never have I ever not only had an amazing experience from start to finish, but felt welcomed, valued and capable of exploring as well as learning about this colorful, creative and kind dispensary in the LA Valley. Swish is located on Burbank Blvd a block+ before Burbank Blvd/Cahuenga Blvd (if heading eastbound). They have spacious parking lot, gorgeous artwork and murals and easy signs to guide you. Lots of discounts for 1st, 2nd and even 3rd times the extra charm visits as well as discounts for veterans and seniors. Not to mention daily deals for all days of the week. I stopped in over the weekend before heading over to one of my favorite spots just up the street to explore. The layout is very open, with eye pleasing displays, cool salespeople and awesome security on deck. Showing a form of ID is required at any dispensary and usually a quick process - but I felt like I got the expedited treatment. Not sure if it was the good music, friendly faces, running into a friend on the way out or just the bliss of Swish but I definitely am making this my super number one shop. I don't smoke due to narrow airway from as long as I can remember. CBD, CBN (cannabinol) and company have been very helpful for a variety of comforts. I tend to scope out the beverages, edibles and specials and note things for others (flowers, pre-rolls, etc). I ended up with quite a few hydribs in gummy and beverage form + some free snacks and candy they have out all the time, but definitely some cool finds for the month of October (likes nerds, dots, more) and the decor to match #HappyHalloween I rang up for way less than I could've guessed and got to press the button for a chance at a prize (no luck, but still fun). You can use cash (see their atm inside) or card, as well as digital pay (apple, samsung, android). Good energy and great service that will definitely make this spot an easy fav. read more

This place is amazing-from product and vibe to parking and the lovely people who work there (shout out Melissa!!!) they've got it all. You definitely get what you pay for, but it won't break the bank. As soon as this store opened, I became a customer. On my trips to the "pharmacy", I would routinely spend one to two hundred dollars every month or so. The one employee who sttod out was Josh and was always very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. So, I go in to Swish to pick up some more. Josh greeted me, as he does. I chose a variety of items before looking for a particular item which was/is placed back in a corner near their checkout station. Before going in that area, I asked an employee (not Josh who was busy) if it was okay to go to the display and choose what I wanted. I was there for a couple of minutes before another female employee comes up to me and in a flippant tone informed me I was not supposed to be in that area. I told her I had asked before going to display. She said I had to ask the employee to peruse every item I may be interested in from eight feet away. Not how I shop since their display had at least 25-30 separate items by this seller in this particular area. Long story short, I paid over $200 dollars for the items I selected (I almost left them but did not) and then on the way out, I saw Josh and said" you won't be seeing me again". He asked why and I responded that the woman who had berated me for not following corporate rules, who was not out front, was the reason I will no longer be shopping there. Too much competition out there to treat customers like she did. End of story. 4/25- Because the owner reached out, I chose to elevate my rating from one star to three. That's it. read more
