I used this firm a few years back, upon intial interview with Cicchiello Sr. made me feel good about my workers comp. case. I paid $5K up front big mistake!! He said not another penny would come out of my pocket!! After our fourth or fifth hearing he started telling me he was working for free. When the City brought in witnesses he never prepaired me he wasn't prepaired at all . He was just worried about more money.,at the end Attorney Chiecclo called me to tell me the good news and also advsie me that he would be having a special meeting to attach my winnings. If anyone has ever had a workers compensation case its grueling, and exshausting, so in this special hearing I advised the commissioner that I just wanted to get this chapter of my life over so I handed him over the whole check.
