My review of Attorney McCoy, has triggered him to show his true colors. (read his response below,…read morethat validates his lack of integrity) He sent a federal marshall, to our home on July 22, 2014, around 7:15AM, according to neighbors who not only watched this, but (2) videoed what went on with their I-phones. This marshall, was kicking and opening the screen door to bang and bang on both doors even the side porch door, to "serve me" with a threatening email. Its not even a lawsuit which he had threatened, over my very honest review! My son never heard the banging, because his air conditioner was running. Two neighbors called my digicel phone to tell me about the noise. They were so upset, and this then "triggered,"my documented PTSD, to erupt, to a full panic attack. That causes spasms around my 4 level cervical anterior fusion. Homes on both sides of our home have daycare. Attorneys watched this marshall, kick and bang the doors, and were rather upset that their children were also seeing this, as they were dropped off for daycare. All you did was embarass your firm. They all now know, it came from McCoy. He is angry because my personal injury case, turned into a "lien case", and instead of being honest with me, he drummed up documents, I would never sign. One was a "waiver" that allows this attorney, to profit more off the personal injury then I. I am the one with ongoing medical bills. If I was going to grant "indemnity", then why file the suit to begin with? It makes no sense that I would not want the person who maimed me for life, to be held accountable. Telling me I am defaming you is stupid..the document came from your office via email. Those (2) documents are why I lost my civil rights lawsuit against the lying state trooper. It is cited in the summary judgement, so you cannot keep saying, I posted a "defamatory" review. Even John Williams can verify this. Why is the settlement, (that was altered) not dated? A ton of people want to know. . His letter goes on......"in addition, I will consider any transfer of assets including real estate from this date forward as a fraudulent transfer and I will seek to invalidate such transfer." Suing your maimed, disabled client, who lives in a MIAMI-J neck brace, and taking all her assets and "our" home? Would you want your attorney to treat you, like that? Talk about vindictive. There are tons of sites just to review attorneys and doctors. This lawfirm uses youtube to post their clients reviews. ONLY the happy clients are allowed to use their "free speech" rights. Anyone with a complaint, and its, "off with their head". The fact is, not every single person you represent is going to be elated with the outcome. You know she was underinsured, and you know I came into your office with ANTHEM as my primary insurance. The home is my husbands and he is not part of the lawsuit. We have duel citizenship, and I am positive, we will not be extradited, over a negative review. Calling me "delusional" and not a "real client", validates my review even more. Are you a "real attorney"? We are officially done now.....back to my water therapy~

I fell at work due to negligence of the building and called McCoy & McCoy for help. Jessica took on…read moremy case informing me not to speak to the building or anyone else about this issue. The building had offered to pay my medical bills, but I fear I may have permanent injuries which medical bills alone cannot compensate for, not to mention my pain and suffering for months due to the buildings negligence. Jessica kept pressuring me to see more doctors and make more appointments, but after I consulted with my doctor I was informed that doing exersizes at home would be as good as physical therapy and that it will take some time before everything fully heals, if it does. After this months went by where I did e-mailed and called Jessica, as well as her associate Taylor. Nobody returned my calls and never got an e-mail reply from Jessica. After writing this I got a call back explaining there were some staffing issues the past few months and apologizing for the lack of communication. I do hope as things progress I get better communication. Even a simple reply to my e-mail would have been appreciated.

Michael takes the time to describe what Is going to occur in great detail, in easy to understand…read moreterms. I don't like lawyers, or that whole system, but I like Michael. He is not a go for the throat type of attorney, just plain fair. I recommend anybody that needs representation in personal injury, to use this guy. He represented my daughter, 18 yo involved in a car accident where she was a passenger, and she is very happy with the settlement she received.

I have trusted Attorney Pollack for more than 15 years!…read moreMichael Pollack is a hardworking, tenacious and trustworthy lawyer who will work his tail off to get you the compensation you deserve. That is what he did for me when I had a case. He started by asking so many questions, I thought that first meeting would never end. But then I realized that he was really getting all the information he could to put together a great case that got me a great result. So don't be surprised that he asks so many questions -- he has his reasons! It was about 15 years ago that I first engaged his services. Since then there have been a few other cases and Attorney Pollack has always been the first person I call when I think I need a lawyer's help. One thing that makes him trustworthy in my view is that a couple of times he referred me to another lawyer, saying that the case was not his specialty and another attorney would be better at it. That shows he is not going to try to BS his way on a case. To me that is trustworthy. So I think you won't go wrong calling Michael Pollack. - Adam
