Kathryn has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years now. I have tried to go to other places closer to home because it is quite a drive since I have moved but she is the only one who can do my hair. I literally tell her to do, "whatever," and she gets it done. I only say if I want to grow it longer or have it short. My hair is really thick and it takes normal people hours to go at it. Kathryn does it quickly and it turns out perfect each time. I also do my color with Kathryn since it looks more natural. She'll throw in highlights for me in the summer. She's more like family than my stylist- that's for sure! The salon has other stylists who share the space and everyone is friendly and they get to know you quickly. Relaxed atmosphere, wine if you need it and sparkling water. Also a deck if you want to soak up some fresh air as your hair soaks up some color. read more

Have been getting my hair cut here for years... along with my spouse and daughters! The atmosphere is open with a cool but not unfriendly industrial vibe. Music selection is good, snacks, treats and drinks are always available and everyone is super friendly. Ask for Kristen... but all the ladies are great. read more

I LOVE Lisa Hager. For her expertise with cut and color, I would follow her anywhere - and I have. I have thick, wavy, greying hair that does what it wants, and it's tough to get a good cut. She is now a part of the Ciccolini crew, and I have to say, it is the place that I feel the most comfortable in. The energy is upbeat and positive, the folks are fun to be around, the level of expertise is stellar (sitting in a chair getting your hair foiled takes a lot of time - so plenty of time to look around at what else is going on in the other stylist's chairs). They are doing extremely well with their COVID protections so I felt safe 100% of the time. I HIGHLY recommend this place in general, and Lisa in particular. Looking for something new? This is a beautiful salon! The interior space is lovely, high ceilings, lots of space, and lots of windows with a view of nature. Totally relaxing! Lisa cut my hair and she's fabulous! She's down to earth, easy to talk to, and it was nice to laugh with her and enjoy my time in the salon. She listened to my concerns, and really knew what to do with my thin, fine hair. My hair looks better than it has in ages and I'm thrilled with both the cut and the shine! I feel great; I'm totally refreshed and feeling much more "normal" after really dropping the ball on my hair game during this covid time. The Salon is Rustic and beautiful. A great spot to feel special and escape while you are being pampered. Lisa Hager is my Stylist and she now takes care of most of my family. A nightmare. Can't believe they're still in business. Like a horror movie, it started out fine. Several months of good haircuts & color. Then one evening (I was her last appointment) Colette pulled a nutty and decided that she would turn my hair black. This was after she suggested "some lowlights" (my hair was light brown with hints of blonde highlights). When she finished, my hair was pitch black. Like a Goth person. It looked hideous.She knew she screwed up, because she said "It's much darker than you're used to. If you still don't like it in a few days, call and I'll get you in and fix it." Next day, I woke up, looked in the mirror, and cried. I had an important business meeting two days away, so I called and asked if she could please fix it. She refused. Said I was too high-maintenance. I had to scramble to find someone else, who confirmed my hair was over-treated and fried. Took 3 months for hair to recover. I had been a good client, generous tipper, sent referrals, and booked months in advance. When I called the owner of Ciccolini's, she never called back. Now you know. read more
