They really listened to me & I was very impressed. The only negative I would say is - I noticed I got charged extra $25 for remix (of color I assume). I have had my hair colored many times & I have never been charged extra for more color that is mixed by a stylist. My hair is fine & shoulder length. I could understand this charge if my hair was very long & thick but I have the opposite situation. They need to build this in the price. It's tacky if I may be honest. I paid over $400 with tip which is fine but the extra $25 rubbed me the wrong way. In any rate. I was happy with my service & I would return. Hope this review is helpful to others.

My baby grays framing my face were never really blended with a foil color to blend them in politely... they now look very gray abruptly faded. L'Oréal is used here. ? Then, I don't like the effect that thinning scissors have on my hair and they were used. I have always been told my hair doesn't require them, but without acknowledging I might not like them, they were used. Once this happens I always just hope the end result looks ok in comparison to previous hair stylists work. It was ok.
