My car was absolutely trashed when I brought it in, and they completely exceeded my expectations…read more It hasn't been this clean in a very long time. They paid attention to details I didn't even think to ask for--like getting the dirt out of my seat--and it made a huge difference. You can tell they take pride in their work. I'll definitely be coming back.

Rafael, I have made…read moreseveral good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly with you regarding the damage to my Porsche key that occurred while my vehicle was in your care. Immediately after the service, the key was found to have water inside it. I returned to the car wash the same day, showed you the key, and you observed the water yourself. You mentioned that you would review your cameras and get back to me. Since then, I have provided you with Porsche's inspection, the repair estimate, and the dealership's video documenting the damage. Despite multiple text messages and phone calls, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The cost to replace the damaged key is $800. I am requesting reimbursement of $800 within 7 days of this message. Payment can be made by any mutually agreed upon method. If I do not receive payment or hear from you within that time, I will proceed with filing a claim in Texas Justice Court (small claims court) without further notice. I will also seek reimbursement for any court filing fees and other costs allowed by law. I would still prefer to resolve this amicably and avoid legal action. Please contact me within the next seven days so we can close this matter. Alex Ruiz
