I brought my vehicle in because my toddler had a potty accident in the back seat and I needed a reputable company to make sure to remove the mess with a professional extractor and use the correct solutions to make sure it was sterilized as well as not having a smell but also know how to handle preferred leather without tearing it snagging the stitching or scuffing it up in the process. LOVE this place! My husband and I each have beloved Porsche's. Pristine did ceramic coating and film paint protection on my car when I had had it for a couple of weeks. These guys know what they're doing! They are experts at taking care of your car's exterior and interior. We take our cars to them routinely every 6 mos or so for detailing and I returned my car to them last week after we had taken it on a 5,000 mile drive. It came back good as new! After waiting all year for this one I figured I may as well give the whole ppf route a shot this time around. I've seen the crap jobs that turn people off of ppf, so I wanted to make sure it was done right. Pristine Auto Detailing did an incredible job. Picked it up in an enclosed trailer from my house, wrapped the whole car in xpel and then halo ceramic, then coated the wheels and leather inside as well. Oh and xpel prime xr plus windshield tint. They also had to repair some areas that had damage from the dealer I didn't even notice when I picked up the car, and the corrected areas came out perfect. They popped off every panel, light, trim piece, badge, etc. that could be done when they wrapped it, and you can't find a seem on the car. I can already tell it's worth it, because today was my first real drive in the car, in rush hour all the way accross town and I stressed notta. Total enjoyment! Hard to imagine a car I care about without it again. They all take pride in their work and show great attention to detail. Brought in my new C8 to have a full XPEL PPF wrap done. The staff has been amazing to work with. Very easy process. Took the vehicle in, 6 day turn around. Came out with a mirrored shine. Had a few issues with the PPF install on the bumper but working with the staff they had no problem bringing me in for a bumper film replacement and let me know that if I had any issues I could return no problem. Wesley and his team are the real deal. A few things: 1. The office and garage/shop are extremely clean and well kept. This was very nice to see since it hints at the level of care my vehicle would receive. 2. I was blown away when I walked into the back and saw my BMW after they were done with it. It looked like it was brand new and sitting on the show room floor. These guys really pay attention to the details. I could not have been happier and more satisfied with their work. 3. The quality of the work is obviously extremely important, but to me the quality of customer service is equally important and Wesley really gets that. I was blown away by the work they did on my car, but also by the level of service I personally received. They kept me updated throughout the process, sent me pictures and even a few videos during it all. Also, I didn't have a way of dropping off the vehicle or picking it up, so they drove me home when I dropped it off, and picked me up when it was ready.
