I brought my swagger wagon in for state inspection, and it was a smooth and fantastic experience. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and they knocked out the inspection quickly. The upstairs waiting area was big and comfortable. This is 100% my new auto-inspection spot, and I am planning on trying out the detailing. I rescheduled my appointment with Joseph twice, very last minute changes that we're all due to my inability to make plans and account for my own availability. Joseph was accommodating and asked for a $50 deposit for my follow up appointment which made perfect sense to me. On the day of our appointment, Joseph informed me when he was leaving, and got here perfectly on time. The entire process was professional and punctual. I came back from a road trip to California a couple weeks ago. Driving my baby 1200 miles made the front of my car a literal critter graveyard. I mean I had butterfly wings embedded in the crevices of my car, splatters everywhere. When Joseph got here, he immediately went to work. Several hours went by, and when I came down to see the work he did I was beyond happy with everything he did. The splatters were gone, every inch of the exterior was spotless, even the headlights looked restored and finished! But the most impressive part of all this was my gunked up exhaust tips that haven't seen the light of day for over a year now, which I was never able to remove myself, HE WAS ABLE TO CLEAN THAT TOO! The interior was spotless, alcantara leather sidings looked brushed and clean, the trunk was clean and beautiful. Seriously amazing, extremely professional, will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a deep cleaning of their car. My wife's car was dirty. Parked in the driveway for years, no cover. The paint was like sand paper. We went for the VIP and Joseph met my wife at her work place and got to work on it with his professionally equipped mobile work van. We were both amazed with how many hours he worked on it, to get it looking new again. The paint was factory smooth, the carpets, professionally washed, the seats, the door hinges, the inside of the gas cap area - all were perfectly cleaned and polished. The car hasn't looked so good since it was new. Heck, it even smells new! Joseph then explained all he did to my wife when he gave her keys back. I can't say enough great things about McNeil Inspections! I brought in a truck to get detailed, the previous owner was a smoker and a slob! :( I thought it was hopeless to have the truck looking good again. Not only did they clean it from top to bottom, they managed to get that nasty cigarette smoke smell out of the truck! And you can't beat their prices :) It now looks and smells like new! The place that fixed my brakes actually told me about this place in order to get my inspection done. I was pleasantly surprised that they also do car detailing. I was very very embarrassed to bring my car in here to get detailed because it was THAT bad. Between my 5 year old son, and my terrible habit of not keeping it clean, it looked like a tornado hit it. I had an interior detail and they also washed the outside and it looks INCREDIBLE. My expectation was that it would look better, since it was in such bad shape, I definitely didn't expect how it turned out. They did such an amazing job, my car looks how it did when I first got it, and I will 120% be back and be recommending this place to my friends and family. After spilling gasoline in the rear hatch of wife's my car I needed to find an auto detailer that could get the smell out of her vehicle. I found Pro Luxe Automotive Detailing with a search on Google and I am very glad I did. Joseph and Richard worked me in that morning in spite of having a full schedule for the day. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and began removing the spilled on panels then using an extraction process to get the odor out. They kept the smelly panels and I still had the car for the day. Their pricing was very reasonable. These two guys are extremely professional, polite and most of all easy to work with.
