CONTRARY TO RECENT REVIEWS, Tim and Tina are the best. They truly always exceed my expectations when I come in. I show them my picture and they inform me that they can't do it exact but they will do similar and even then they get pretty damn close (pictures included). I have been coming here for almost a year now and have 0 problems with these two nor their customer service. They do require a deposit, but it understandable with the amount of people who no call, no show, on people nowadays. Their policy for the deposit is also right as you walk in the door. This is their livelihood. They have been the most accommodating and the sweetest humans ever. I love these two and will be coming around as a client for a long time!!! read more

Tina and Tim truly are the best. We had tried 5 other salons before finally going to them and staying around as regulars. My daughter gets nail art everytime and they do wonderful work doing their best to match her picture. They also are very accommodating and wonderful when it comes to customer service. I have never been more comfortable in a salon. The deposit is nothing and it's understandable that they do it due to the amount of no call no shows they end up with and how it affects their livelihood. I had such an awesome experience here! The nail tech was polite and professional, and listed to exactly what I wanted. They had tons of fun options for accent nails. I chose marbling and it turned out perfectly, and the tech (I wish I remembered her name!) suggested a matte finish. I hadn't thought of doing that and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be back. Just be sure to make an appointment! While I was there everyone was busy with customers and the walk-in wait time was an hour. read more

I didn't get his name (I'm sorry, you were great!) but he took care of me, he righted a wrong that another salon made in the same area two days before and not 1 hour and not many minutes later he took the Acrylics off and made my nails beautiful! CiCi's is by far the best place in town. Every time I've gone in I've received nothing but kind, professional, courteous services. Her passion for her work is unparalleled and though some may say she's expensive it's worth every single penny. A previous review made baseless and racist claims regarding her business. Disregard them. None of it is true and Laramie is truly blessed to have this establishment and Tina in town. read more

I don't live in Laramie anymore but when I lived there I would ONLY let Tina do my nails. She is the best in town hands down. She is the sweetest, most efficient, and hard working woman.
