I used to go here often and it's so terrible now. Went for a spa pedicure. They hacked me up so bad today. I was saying OW OW!!! And i'm bleeding!! She was like no no and tried to get me not to look. I'm in so much pain. They said sorry, but then made me pay full price. I cannot believe this happened. I can't wear shoes or sandals because it hurts so much. They laughed it off. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went in expecting a rebase that I have had in my schedule for 3 weeks just to be told I in fact did not have an appointment. I vividly remember making the appointment in person, and when I showed the owner (Mike, the one I made the appointment with) he proceeded to get very upset and yell at me in front of a salon full of customers. All I can say is embarassing for someone who does a mediocre job at best. Will NOT be coming back. read more

Honestly, I can't say enough great things about this place! I was traveling for work and really needed to get my nails done, so I quickly walked into this salon. The technicians are so kind and did my nails so beautifully. It was clean, fast, and a great experience. Also, I read below that the quality of their polish isn't great and I was worried at first, but i want to confirm that they use very standard brands like Kiara sky and OPI, so not sure what that other review was talking about. I had been coming here since before I moved to Laramie about July of 2020, mainly for pedicures and sometimes I would get my eyebrows waxed. About 8 months ago I started getting a full face wax by the older woman that works here and I never had a complaint or bad thing to say about it until today. She called me about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and asked if I can get there early, I said I would try and got there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, to which she has an attitude and tells me that she messed up blocking off the time for me for both a pedi and full face wax and that she would not have enough time for what I usually get so that I would have to settle for a regular pedi and it would be rushed. During my face wax she was being very aggressive with how she was pulling the wax and then she put aloe on after and my face was burning more than usual, I have been getting my face waxed since I was 18, I know when it is too aggressive and what is normal. I get the pedi done, pay and leave and go to the bathroom and notice what looks like dried blood on my face. I walk to my car and the sunlight is burning my face and I check my face in my car and can now see clearly that she ripped chunks out of my face, whether it was the wax being too hot, her putting the wax on for less than 5 seconds and then ripping it off way too forceful or probably a combination of all of it, I went back in and let her know it's not ok to butcher someone's face, especially a regular who has been coming in for practically a year. She tells me my face is just sensitive, that it will go down. So I have loved this nail spa and have used Tina and Mike here. I thought I made an appointment with Tina this time, but when I got there Mike said I couldn't have made an appt with Tina because she didn't work there anymore. No big deal, I was fine with him, but he seemed extremely offended that I wanted Tina. He told me that usually under the circumstances he would not see me and turn me away, because everyone has their style. I thought I was dissing his English. He had a huge reaction to a little issue and was very. unpleasant about it. I hope everything is ok in their family (business). I hate having to find a new salon as they do excellent work, but I am not going back. I thought I give Grand Nail & Spa a try after my regular nail technician was closed temporarily. The technician at Grand Nail & Spa did a fabulous job but the product the spa uses, I believe, is cheap. The product chipped off in less than a week! All but 3 of my nail will need to be fixed. Wal-Mart's "do it yourself kits" hold up longer. I am going to ask for a refund and remove them myself. Time and money not well spent :( read more

I had very very very bad nails done at Walmaty in laramie, and i went here to get them off and redone, and he just fixed them up VERY well, when he started to do them i was nervous cause i didn't think they could be fixed but he did and they look great! I went to get my acrylic nails done at this place because my usual place was fully booked. When I arrived the tech told me he could do the design I asked for, I found out later he was the owner and have been doing nails for 30 years. I settled for a long french tip in light blue. First off he was using far to much product that got all over my fingers. When I asked about it he snapped at me " I will fix it later. Don't you know how this works' sort of tone. I didnt fight it much and he called me picky. The nails are low quality shape, crooked and the wrong color. I called the next day for a refund. He argued with me over the phone for a long time until he said I could get a cash refund if I came in. When I came in with my boyfriend, I signed a refund agreement and he took my hang very aggressively to chop up my nails. When I pulled away and asked for my money he yelled at me and my boyfriend about how he had to destroy my nails to get anything back. Unfortunately all 3 of us made a scene infront of the salon and he proceeded to cry about how in 30 years he's never had this happen. I left with low quality nails and no refund. I can't believe an owner would talk over and fight with a costumer on a mistake he made. So unprofessional. read more

My daughter wanted a simple manicure with a little polish and that's exactly what she got. They were very friendly and professional. The place is clean and in a nice part of town. And the price was very affordable. We just walked in, they told us to come back in 20 minutes, and when we came back she got her manicure. There's a coffee shop next door where you can wait if necessary, or call them for an appointment. read more

Very nice people, but not so great of service. I went with my sister for a pedicure. I had a very sharp pain in my big toe while he was doing it, and couldn't put any pressure on it for the next two days. I just took my sock off on day 3 and my toe is extremely red around the area and swollen. I am now probably going to have to go to a doctor when all I wanted was a nice coat of nail polish.
