They don't sanitize or clean instruments. They took probably 10 minutes on my pedicure and about 2 hours on my nails. I didn't ask for anything special, just short French tips. My acrylics are super un even and you can see bubbles in the acrylic. The underside of the nail is a whole blob. They messed up my pedicures French tips, my whole nail is white with a little bit of natural nail showing through. The worst part is that they charged me $80 for the whole thing. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with this, but she didn't bother to apologize or even ask if that was ok. She was gossiping with a friend (not a client) during the entire appointment, and her friend's child was running all over the salon like a banshee. She did my color and highlights in about half the time it normally takes at other salons, and the color faded extremely quickly. There was also hair dye left at the nape of my neck after the shampoo. Her blowdry left my hair dry and frizzy, and the cut was rushed and uneven (something I didn't discover until I got home and brushed it out). Don't waste your time or money here - I paid even more than what I would pay in a big city salon and didn't get nearly the same level of service.

After moving to Laramie, I came up against multiple stylists that had zero creativity, minimal initiative, and were so hyper-sensitive to my request that they do whatever they wanted - even when I reasoned that I could always grow it out or change it again - that I grew increasingly frustrated with the over-cautiousness of it all. Finally, I was randomly introduced to Paige and over the last 9+ months she's been making magic on my head. She's inspiring, she's artistic, she's not afraid to try anything new, and she's so reliable when it comes to knowing what will look good, what we can try, and what we should probably avoid that I would trust her with anything. I greatly appreciate her positive attitude and the fun, relaxing atmosphere she fosters, and I genuinely dread the day I might not have access to her mad skills.
