I did see a little coffee/water area as well. The day we went wasn't super crowded at all and I felt like the kids were able to enjoy everything. My son didn't want to leave. On my baby boy's first birthday we took him here to celebrate. They have modernized things a lot with also keeping that traditional/nostalgic feel. When we first walked in, we were able to select our food items and our ticket level we wanted for the kiddos. We had pizza, a salad bar, cookies, and a personal birthday/smash cake for the birthday boy. The tickets/game card has the option for you to choose minutes or number of tickets. It worked for us to do the number of tickets because it did not limit their time when we wanted to stop and eat and/or for restroom breaks. The kids has an awesome time! They do have a new jump area for the kids as well. Keep in mind that a seperate fee. Things can add up really quickly, but what I did find out is that they have a membership available and you get perks and discounts with it. I will be getting one for my little. The food was really good. We enjoyed all of the pizza. We had cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The cookies were good as well as the cake. We loved that all of the ingredients at the salad bar was fresh as well. The wings were good. They are oven roasted which I can appreciate as well. Chuck E. Cheese comes out every 30 minutes! Even after speaking with the receptionist the day before to confirm my event since there was many negative reviews. I saw other reviews about them cancelling 2 hours before and completely took a risk. Needless to say I had 15 kids waiting at a birthday for a Game truck that never arrived. Before booking your party Please know that the trucks ARE NOT located in Memphis. The owner (or franchiser) Tom sends the trucks the day of the party from Atlanta to Memphis. He advised me that he had to cancel 5 other parties in Memphis for the weekend because of mechanical issues. Although this information is no where listed on their website please be very careful. I believe the brand Game Truck seem to be established but the Memphis franchise owner is very unprofessional. Their are other options other than this one.

We immediately got a seat and were able to get our food no problem! The restaurant was very busy and people really seemed to be enjoying coming. They do have a "wall of shame" when you first come in with people that have left the restaurant without paying for their food. I have never seen this before and find it interesting they screenshot their security cameras and print off photos of people to put on the wall! I hate they have had so many people leave without paying...just wanted to mention it since it was a shock to me the first time! The restrooms are very dark and not super clean. The water does get hot though! Overall the food was really good! The sushi wasn't super fresh tasting but other than that liked the other food.

He is an asian man and always there on Sundays. Twice we challenged him on our total because it seemed high. When we got our phone to do the math, he immediately lowered it by 10%. On the receipt during our last visit, he first said it was $53.74. After the challenge, he lowered it to $49.22. The receipt read total of $53.74 if tip of $4.52 offered. This has happened twice, that we know of. Be careful when you order take-out. We should be allowed to see the weight of the food. Deceptive business practices seem to be occuring here. That 10% tip could greatly add up. Who leaves a tip for take-out?
