It has been a while since I have been to a Chuck E. Cheese, but that's what happens when you have a 24 year old and a 1 year old, lol...but here we are! On my baby boy's first birthday we took him here to celebrate. They have modernized things a lot with also keeping that traditional/nostalgic feel. When we first walked in, we were able to select our food items and our ticket level we wanted for the kiddos. We had pizza, a salad bar, cookies, and a personal birthday/smash cake for the birthday boy. The tickets/game card has the option for you to choose minutes or number of tickets. It worked for us to do the number of tickets because it did not limit their time when we wanted to stop and eat and/or for restroom breaks. The kids has an awesome time! They do have a new jump area for the kids as well. Keep in mind that a seperate fee. Things can add up really quickly, but what I did find out is that they have a membership available and you get perks and discounts with it. I will be getting one for my little. The food was really good. We enjoyed all of the pizza. We had cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The cookies were good as well as the cake. We loved that all of the ingredients at the salad bar was fresh as well. The wings were good. They are oven roasted which I can appreciate as well. Chuck E. Cheese comes out every 30 minutes! He comes to the light up dance floor area to dance and sing with the kids. They also play/sing the Happy Birthday song as well. I've been going to Chuck E. Cheese's ever since I was a very little girl. It's cool to see it still up and running after all this time and now my nieces and nephews and hopefully future kids are able to experience it as well. It has definitely changed a lot over the years, however change isn't a bad thing and was necessary for this franchise. One of the easiest ways to keep kids entertained for a few hours and they're usually super excited to go. A few changes that I particularly enjoy is how they've simplified the way you play/earn tickets. The nostalgia of walking around with a cup of coins and loads of tickets in our hands is missed, but replaced with a card that you load with time or points, tap to play and your tickets are automatically uploaded to this card to cash in for rewards at the end. Definitely helps you keep track of things a lot easier. I have been to this particular location several times now with my niece. We have had a great time each time. There are lots of ride options for a range of ages. The last few times, she didn't get to see Chuck E. come out and interact with the kids, but she wasn't super upset about it either. There were only a few staff this last visit, so no telling when or if he would come out any way. The food is pretty expensive in my opinion, but it didn't take long for them to prepare it and buzz our device letting us know it was ready for pick up. We were here for a birthday party. Everyone had a blast and staff seemed nice and helpful. I was really excited that they had games for my 1 year old. When your time is up they will come wrecking down your table with swiftest might. I walked away for a few seconds to find my husband and when I came back- everything was gone. My baby is learning to drink with straws and they threw her cup away (paid for kind). So we asked for a new one. We asked at least 6 different staff members, one asking for a receipt and was never to be seen again lol. After almost 30 mins, we finally were handed a cup. Bless. Fun time. Mediocre version of the franchise. The pool at the hotel was closed tonight. Needed something to do. This was close and in my daughters wheelhouse and my son loves any kind of game where he can win tickets. This location is smaller than most. It was not very clean. There was no play/ climb/ slide area. It was all games and a couple toddler rides. Kids had fun anyway. $20 bucks with of points bought an hr of fun. Each game/ ride is a single point. They've done away with the tokens at this location it's all prepaid point cards. Daughter hit a jackpot on a fishing game worth over 1000 points. She was super excited about the tickets. Son hit high score on a couple games. Chunky Cheezit as my daughter referred to him came through waved and kept walking. My daughter really wanted to interact. The person in the suit was not interested. Not interested was kind of the attitude of the entire staff. Around 830 I tried to order a pizza and was told that the kitchen was closed. They didn't close til 9. I didn't make a big deal of it. Kids had fun. Daughter got a ton of prizes and gave her brother some of her points as she lost interest in picking prizes after she got the first 10 things she wanted. I brought my kids here. We waited an 1 1/2 to get our pizza. The games constantly ran out of tickets. The tables was nasty and kids was climbingnall over the games. This was the worst experience ever. read more

This past Friday on 01/25/2019. I brought my daughter and her best friend. They so excited to dance with chuck E. And boy where they let down. This chuck E came out three times while we there. No dancing. No high fives. No ticket throw at the end. All this guy did was walk around the outside of the games. He didn't even stay out for the full song. My daughter was so disappointed. She literally followed him around the games. He didn't high five or give a hug to any kid. I'm so upset. I will not be coming back to this location. Also while we were there we were playing games, Our jackets left at the table with the food and drinks. We had more than half a meat pizza and three cups at our table. All of it was thrown away while we played. So frustrated at this location. I would be giving a zero star is that was possible. This is not acceptable. I will be contacting corporate. read more

Came and we were greeted by Angie. Took a long time to get our order taken due to angie walking away while we asked the new menu and points system. She done this several times. Your video will prove that. She took our order. 1-Italian sub with tater bites. 2- philly cheese pizza lg. 3- pretzel bites 4- chicken bbq with tater bites. We get to a table and go to get drinks and there is no ice. Waited and waited none even after asking. While waiting I look at the receipt I noticed that the italian sub was missing missing on the receipt. I went back to miss angie. She was already in a heated discussion with another customer. When she asked what I needed I told her that my wifes Italian sub was missing on the receipt. She tried to argue with me that I told her that we did want it to replce it with the chicken bbq instead. I told that was never said and she said it was. She said finally that she would bring it out. After 25 min and seeing others get their food with numbers higher than mine. Some of the food finally came out. It was only the pizza and the chicken bbq with pretzel bites. No appetizer. No tater bites no Italian sub. Pizza was cold and all the slices were separated from each other. What a disappointing experience. More than 20 years of bringing kids to chuck e cheese. This is the worst ever. Miss angie was never nice just straight up rude from beginning to end. She complained that there was only 3 ppl on staff and they are trying. Games quit working multiple times while playing games with kids they cleared our table I should have realized when we walked in first thing was a customer wanting her money back and there wasn't 20 people in here I am writing this waiting on grandson in the location I would not waste my time or money here again read more
