He loved the food. They took my calls several times a day or always called me back.Everyone there went above and call of duty for my son. His therapist, Katrina, was/is an absolute godsend for him and our family. She is kind, patient, responsive and is highly educated in her field. My son struggles with bonding with people and he bonded with her !! They got his medications all sorted out. When he came Banyan, he was a different person. I left and went A place in Laguna beach and I'm soooo happy I did.

They just opened and after seeing what a difference they made in my friend's life this review is the least I can do to help them to help others like my friend. He was definitely in a tough position at the time he arrived there but came out with incredible results. The genuine smiles I've seen since are some I've missed seeing for a long time and I'm so happy to see them back again. I have my friend back and totally owe it to Hideaway. When I visited the facility, I found it absolutely beautiful--everything is fresh and new. For all the days that I was there each staff member proved to be knowledgeable, professional, caring, and even had a sense of humor when appropriate. The medical director makes an appearance every day at the bedside. The occupational and physical therapy was on a level close to what many athletes have to go through- there was no sitting on your laurels. This is where you want to go if your goal is to get better and be as strong as you can- to finish recovery at home. This is the place you want to be. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's a real gem in the desert to have a place like this. Even the food was good!

Accommodations could not have been better and had a large private room. The staff there was top notch (aside from 1 or 2 exceptions, as anywhere) and took excellent care of me. The Nurses, especially Geraldine and Leslie were outstanding, as well as the CNA's, especially Michael, Cheyanne and Jennifer. Other staff were excellent as well. The administrative staff were all very helpful, especially Renae and Glenora. A special THANKS to the PT & OT staff who helped me immensely to get stronger and ready for discharge home: Tim, Alex and Michael were especially helpful as well as the other staff. Sorry if I left anyone out (in any category) but couldn't remember everyone's name. I would highly recommend going here if a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility was being considered.

She was transfered with her records. Staff at Rancho acted like they did not have them. I Left messages every day for 3 days to speak with the Dr . he never returned my calls, Called nurses desk half the time no answer. 1 out of 4 times some one returns my calls. less then half the time did some one have update on her present condition.. conflicting information. she had theropy , she did not have theropy because of COVD in building Never recomendj

I entered for my opioid dependence and found the residential accommodations to be nice and adequate. This is not a luxury facility, but it is on a beautiful, lush, campus surrounded by gorgeous mountains. The cafeteria serves a variety of healthy and not so healthy foods, but there is a fresh salad bar that changes daily. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and I have learned so much about my addiction. Everyone here is genuinely nice caring, and very knowledgeable. There is also a fantastic nursing staff for your medical needs. Not only do they meet your needs in residential, but they also provide Sober living facilities that are quite nice as well as PHP and IOP. I would ignore any negative reviews and see for yourself. I have experienced one other rehab and another outpatient IOP, but this place is above anything I have previously gone to. I know I will not ever go back to alcohol and drugs and I owe my life to this wonderful facility.

I was frustrated and…read moreunimpressed with the usual run-of-the-mill therapists where they run you through like cattle and send you home with a video, so I sought other options. I found Palm Springs Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Joshua Callahan, lead therapist, got me right. In no waiting. He set me up with Rick Rayburn. His therapy was strong, effective and I am feeling so much better. Wish I hadn't waited. Joshua also makes sure outpatients have front-row, reserved parking. Would I go back? In a beat. They are kind, compassionate and caring! Jonas is also a star there. He seems to be reserved for inpatient care. Lucky patients. He is superb. They call you by name and give you a full 45-minute workout and sometimes more.
