Made me feel real at home in other words. They have the best mod boxes, tanks, batteries, chargers, and accecories. He sets the bar for what customer service should be. Alex is also very sweet and friendly has good energy and knows her products as well, between the both of them you will get phenomenal customer service and honest opinions, they also sell products I didn't even know about, I'm a cigarette smoker and they have disposable vapes, there's 2 sizes and each give you a certain amount of puffs and a variety of flavors and worth the money . The prices are phenomenal. Cleanliness is a 10 , I've never walked into such a clean store, they sell essential oils, Incense , room spray . I was able to bring in my coffee and enjoy it with my smoke. No one really bothers you. Parking on the block is good depending on what time you arrive. The place is clean and they often clean the and trays. They don't pressure you to buy a ton of smokes. Overall the experience was great.

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
