I was only at the Route 9 store once so my comments are focused on the Airport Plaza store. The humidor is spacious, well stocked and environmentally well maintained. Every time I walk into that room, which is floor to ceiling, front to back stocked with varieties from every price range, style, wrapper and legal country (Cuba some day, hopefully), I'm like a kid in a candy store. Ralph, the owner, is always friendly and willing to help me find the latest and popular smokes. You're never rushed towards your selections and there's plenty of space for you to enjoy your cigar right there in the store. There's a TV in the back room if you want to watch a show or sport with excellent ventilation. For those who like to play the lottery, you can get your fix here too. If you're a cigar smoker and resident of the bayshore area, or here for a visit, make sure to stop by.

A newer female employee now works there and sold me a dud cartridge. When I went back after the cartridge I purchased from her ruined my device and expensive gold laced wallet, she refused to refund me or exchange the leaking cart and accused me of smoking it and trying to scam her, when you could see the 'thc' liquid had leaked out from the cart and into my wallet ( which I showed her) I had previously been there two day before. Never pay with cash and always get a receipt otherwise they will scam you. Poor customer service and no customer loyalty, they will rip you off and keep your money from cheap Chinese copies. Best to stay away from this business, there are much better and cheaper ones close by.

When I smoked the cigar, it was clear to me that at some point the stick had been improperly stored. It tasted like it had previously dried out and was then rehumidified. It was awful. I have been smoking cigars, including Padrons, for more than 20 years, so I know what a previously dried out cigar tastes like, and I know what a Padron should taste like. When I raised this with Antonio he refused to do anything about it. Antonio is a thief. He does not stand by the cigars he sells.
