Everyone at the funeral was making comments about the horrible condition of that spray. My mother was mortified to say the least. At the time there was nothing that could have been done, it was a one day service. My main concern was for my mother not to complain about the flowers. When I got around to calling the florist, at the sound of hearing me say "I have a complaint" the gentlemen that answered the phone became extremely rude and put me on hold, only for another gentleman to get on the phone and start yelling at me telling me there is nothing he can do. As I tried to talk to him he continued yelling, and hung up on me and no one answered the phone after that. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Not only do they make fantastic floral arrangements but their floral selection is so so varied. Not only varied but you'll find flowers that you've never seen before that last more that "a minute" and to top it off, they have huge roses that you can actually smell their fragrance!! The only downside is that they close on October 31st but for a good reason. Arlene who has been the owner for 45 years, has more than earned to spend time in Florida to enjoy it's warm winters.
