I have been in quite a few times, and I must say they do a good job. I haven't seem them look down on anyone using an older or less powerful device, even though I don't think Cloud-E carries many of them. Their juice selection is much smaller than some, but it's VERY well thought out. Same with their devices/tanks/drippers. Not a huge selection, but some that are very affordable (while still being quality) and some that are definitely higher end (but worth it). They have a very nice lounge area setup, and are one of my top 3 in Des Moines for friendly employees. I would give them 5 stars, but sadly their parking kind of sucks. I know that isn't the shops fault necessarily, but still. This shop seems to support/sponsor a lot of vape comps, so if you hear they are having one, it will be PACKED, fair warning.

The products Shag sells most likely will be low quality or fault in some way, which their warranties are strictly for UNUSED products. Shag will direct you to the product's website which will state they don't warranty third party sales. I would recommend you to not purchase products at Shag, and instead purchase straight from the original manufacturer to ensure quality and authenticity.
