They wanted $29 to ship a $48 order which conveniently more than made up for any "savings" that I got during their Sale. Even with the adult signature fee, 60% of the original ticket seems excessive. When contacted the guy was completely dismissive. The policy seemed sketchy because it is. My mistake. There are plenty of other shops online that are honest and upfront about all costs.
