i was wary because of the few and poor reviews, but this was right next to the stiiizy store, and…read morei'd been wanting to buy an ash catcher/percolator for my bong. i asked my budtender in the stiiizy store if she'd been to this smoke shop and if she knew if their glass was any good. she said the staff is always really nice and she's only tried their papers and vapes, but they're cheaply priced and not counterfeit like some places nearby have been, so i walked in anyway because it was next door; why not? the man behind the counter was helping another customer while i looked at their huge collection of glass. it covered a whole wall and a half, and i'll have to be back sometime to buy one of their glass pieces. i also noticed they had incense in traditional and some unique scents (there was a scent just called "obama" and another called "lick me all over") and when i asked the cashier about it he said "we carry any and everything we can fit in here!" when i asked him about an ash catcher, he asked me what size bong i had, and i couldn't quite remember except that it was a beaker. so he said most bongs are 14mm and he would guess a 45 for the angle considering the beaker shape. i told him i just wanted something cheap, so he gave me the most simple one they had. took it home and it fits perfectly!! it's easy to clean and looks good on my glass piece. a little less than $25 and gets the job done, so i'm not mad, especially because he took $5 off for me. i'm not sure about the other reviews, but the convenient location and getting to chat with that nice man give me reason enough to come back the next time i need to run to a smoke shop :-)

Now today, I went in and my experience was definitely off. I went in to purchase a cart, after purchasing I proceeded to leave, now being a day one customer here i never complained. I've never returned anything, if my product was damaged I would normally just take it but today was different. Today I made my first complaint, after I left i opened my cart and i realized my cart was super sticky. I immediately know something was off about this cart because it had been leaking. So, instead of going home like i usually do I came back to show them. The manager came out and seemed to be irritated that I had interrupted her breast feeding time. She proceeded to tell me that I can not return or exchange my product, because she felt that the cart was not sticky enough to be returned. I felt like i was just being rushed to leave just because I had interrupted her breast feeding times. So, choose wisely on which times you go and what items you purchase because you could walk out disappointed in the customer service, and product. Which when a person who struggles with OCD a sticky feeling can bother them a lot and instead of being helpful I was just told no, I was told that I have to come back within seven days and may or may not give me an exchange because it's depends on their discretion.
