I ask him a simple question if they carry the titanium nails for nectar collectors, he said no we don't and then I show him that he does carry them and he goes. Oh yeah well just those I said only ceramic he said yeah just those and then I pointed out the titanium ones and he goes oh yeah, and those and then after I looked around for a minute I found another nectar collector randomly placed, and I asked him how much it was. He goes 899 or 799 cause it's silicone as if silicone makes it more expensive. She says he had no idea what anything cost or what he had. I don't believe he knew anything about that place. I guarantee you I won't be going there anymore. Thanks for nothing.

ive been coming here for over two years now and the prices and the really clean shop are the reasons why I come back. I personally love smoking hookah and the selections of tobacco can't be beaten for the price. She buys her cigarettes here every other day. She knows everybody at this shop. Especially the manager, who is stocky bald guy in his early forties. I assume his eastern European. He told her that there was no business for her and ask her to leave or he was gonna call the cops on her!! She was literally shocked by this guy attitude since she's been a customer of this establishment for so long. If the owner of this place reads this complaint, please do something about it. This employee of yours is really mean and route to customers I have witness a couple of times how he yells and cursed at customers. My friend did nothing to deserve this. What in the world is wrong with this guy??!! I am pretty sure that you have lost many customers already because of this guy!
