On a few occasions, they lowered the price of some items by a dollar, or two, and they are good about ordering an item, if they don't have it in the store! I've been to a lot of Smoke Shops/Vape stores, and the prices are a little too high! The owner of the place has a good attitude, and the staff are laid back, friendly, fair and helpful! i was wary because of the few and poor reviews, but this was right next to the stiiizy store, and…read morei'd been wanting to buy an ash catcher/percolator for my bong. i asked my budtender in the stiiizy store if she'd been to this smoke shop and if she knew if their glass was any good. she said the staff is always really nice and she's only tried their papers and vapes, but they're cheaply priced and not counterfeit like some places nearby have been, so i walked in anyway because it was next door; why not? the man behind the counter was helping another customer while i looked at their huge collection of glass. it covered a whole wall and a half, and i'll have to be back sometime to buy one of their glass pieces. i also noticed they had incense in traditional and some unique scents (there was a scent just called "obama" and another called "lick me all over") and when i asked the cashier about it he said "we carry any and everything we can fit in here!" when i asked him about an ash catcher, he asked me what size bong i had, and i couldn't quite remember except that it was a beaker. so he said most bongs are 14mm and he would guess a 45 for the angle considering the beaker shape. i told him i just wanted something cheap, so he gave me the most simple one they had. took it home and it fits perfectly!! it's easy to clean and looks good on my glass piece. a little less than $25 and gets the job done, so i'm not mad, especially because he took $5 off for me. i'm not sure about the other reviews, but the convenient location and getting to chat with that nice man give me reason enough to come back the next time i need to run to a smoke shop :-)

I ask him a simple question if they carry the titanium nails for nectar collectors, he said no we don't and then I show him that he does carry them and he goes. Oh yeah well just those I said only ceramic he said yeah just those and then I pointed out the titanium ones and he goes oh yeah, and those and then after I looked around for a minute I found another nectar collector randomly placed, and I asked him how much it was. He goes 899 or 799 cause it's silicone as if silicone makes it more expensive. She says he had no idea what anything cost or what he had. I don't believe he knew anything about that place. I guarantee you I won't be going there anymore. Thanks for nothing.
