The customer service could definitely improve but overall I think it's a decent smoke shop and they don't deserve such bad ratings. This is a local neighborhood smoke shop so if you give them bad marks and bad ratings and nobody goes there where are you crack heads going to go to get your cigarettes and your pipes?
