I don't review smoke shops because let's be honest. Who says let me check Yelp for a smoke shop? But oh lorddd this experience was worth noting. I've came here a total of two times. My first time, me and the owner hit it off and he seemed like a nice dude. Then I realized he was charging me $20 for a pack of newports . Anyways, I was driving by one time another day and I came in to pick up some wraps and a grinder, the owner looked like he was crashing out. He didn't recognize me (not mad about that) but he was straight up disrespectful, his attitude since I walked in was mad and aggressive. Can I give 0 stars? They over charge and won't give you a receipt that lays out the cost and taxes. There is a $1 fee to buy a carton with a card. There is also a $0.50 fee for just using a card. A pack was $9.61, so $96/carton, but my total came to $111 even? When I asked for a receipt so I could see the price breakdown he said no and said he would just give me my money back but he would not tell me how much taxes I paid. So I went across the street and bought another carton. It was $9.16/pack, so $91.60/carton with only $9.39 tax, so why did this place charge $15 for taxes and fees? I know it's only an extra $5, but if they do that to every customer they are coming up on the customer. Just fyi to the cigarette smokers, Walgreens across the street and the shell on Grand and Badillo both have better prices for cigarettes, cartons and packs. Plus better customer service. read more

This guy always tries to over charge. Like somebody else here i bought a "new" torch that was supposedly full but it lasted about 5 minutes then ran out. I'm disabled and today I looked evil right in his face. I have never been so insulted by anyone in my entire life like I was today by the disgusting owner. I probably come into this business twice a month since I do laundry next-door. Today was no different than the other times I do laundry. I walk in I'll grab a drink grab a snack sometimes I'll get lotto or scratch tickets. I had just walked in the owner was eyeballing me. Not even a few minutes later he asked if he can help me with anything and I told him no it's OK. I pretty much wanted to see what I wanted to buy. Next thing you know he says in Arabic not knowing I understand Arabic to get the hell out and insults my looks. I was shocked I stopped and looked at him to see if he was speaking to me and he said it again. I replied to him in Arabic so that he knew I understood as to why he said what he said AND in front of customers? Every time you come here you just look around. He must not remember my face. I'm always buying something he must've confused me with someone else. I had literally just walked in. Then he said I don't do business with Arabs. The other customer who walked in with me told him hey man she just walked in with me what's going on? He said you need to take it easy I told the owner shame on you is this how you talk to your customers? I have never once stepped in there and not bought anything. Mind you he's a smoke shop so he has limited items for non-smokers but I always buy something. Went back in and he accuse me of switching them and saying I was trying to steal from him when I was literally less than five minutes inside his shop. I purchased 3 puff bars from this man 2 days ago. I opened my mint puff just for it to be leaking and not functional. When I called the man today to let him know He gave me a defective puff that did not work, he asked me "how is that my fault? I'm not replacing it.". When I ask if he could give me a new one since I did spend $11 on a puff bar that wasn't functioning , he tried to used to use the Coronavirus as a excuse to say he couldn't give me a new one. If you're a vendor selling products that you know may mess up its your responsibility to replace it whether or not. So just know this shop loves to sell products that are messed up/broken and they will make sure you won't get a refund or help you replace it. read more

I'm not your typical smoke shop clientele but I can say from a customer service perspective the team members of Cigarette Plus know how to make you feel welcome and important. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and to the point with anything we wanted to know, and helped us promptly. This 1 star is solely for the vape portion of the shop. First, he shows up 43 minutes late. Second, the guy isn't familiar with any of the vape tanks or mods he's selling therefore can't help you make a choice or answer any questions. Lastly he's selling clones (fake vape equipment) at higher price than you would buy the REAL vape. read more
