BUT i do know great service when i experience it. i went to check out this product for my mother. back story - my mother has been a smoker for longer than i can remember. i've also been trying to get her to quit for as long as i can remember. i know that e-cigarettes are very new, and the effects of them have not yet been fully researched as far as long term. the dangers known so far are specific to the chemicals used in the liquids, and with heavy use, pneumonia due to the "water vapor" that collects in your lungs (c'mon guys.... what do you think the vapor is?). those factors in mind - my mother was attracted to this product mainly b/c my other family members use it, and b/c i wanted her to quit.... this was the compromise. after researching the very popular Volcano Vapor guys, and hearing praise and complaints from dozens of my friends and family about the V.V. product, we decided to keep looking. Smokeless Hawaii was recommended by several of my family members and some friends, so we decided to check them out for a few reasons: #1 - cheaper than V.V. #2 - much less crowded than V.V. #3 - location so how do they compare? - S.H. has a large variety of "juices" (flavored liquids) like V.V. - S.H. is much cheaper as far as product itself, and liquids - S.H. will replace any damaged products, even if it was your own fault they broke!! - S.H. tanks do not leak.... every V.V. user i've talked to complains that their tank leaks.... - S.H. is much less crowded than V.V., so if you have a lot of questions, or want to sample lots of their product before buying, they have the time to give you their attention - S.H. uses a 4 wick technology, that does not require you to spin the atomizer, V.V. uses a atomizer coil that eventually burns out more quickly than the wicks do, meaning you have to replace them more often - S.H.'s liquids are supposedly the only liquids that have been tested by the FDA - if you are a V.V. user, you can still buy juice from them as it can be used in any e-liquid cigarette. i also wanna throw in here - Gerald the owner is SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL.... great customer service!! check out my pictures for more details! they come in a ton of colors, different models, different cases, all kinds of stuff. basically, if you're comparing V.V. and S.H... it comes down to cost and preferred product technology. the main points are Smokeless Hawaii is cheaper, their product does not leak, and their juices have been FDA tested. right now, they only have one location, in the back side of the old social security building in Pearl City.... there is a good amount of parking there, and they are right next door to "Holy Smokes". happy hunting!

I should have checked first, but in the back of the package there is a QR code you can scan to verify the product is legit and also see the lab reports from its production to verify no dangerous solvents and inaccurate doses are inside. When I scan the QR code it takes me to some random webpage that has nothing to do with the product. I called the shop and explained what happened, they didn't care. Despite me still having 95% of the product still left, they refused to give me a refund. Aside from that, their prices are way higher than any other shop on the island and the selection isn't that great. This explains perfectly why most their reviews are as bad as the products they are putting out. Very bad business model. They could have refunded me and gotten a refund from the manufacturer. In internet search, I found some batches from them are packaged to quick and trap in solvents. I can only figure the reason they don't refund is that they are fake or just don't care about customer retention.

Located in Pearl Kai Shopping Center near T-Mobile where parking is free and easy with so many available I can almost see from the outside window the inventory which is a little corner of the shop a huge variety of Pop Mart items. Yes they have the Labubu blind boxes of various bag charms and figurines along with clothing it's a one stop shop for the elusive monster that I'm falling in love with. Along with Disney, Dimoo World, and Sonny Angel just to name a few some super rare are also available like Mokoko...never knew but is super cute and really had me wanting it more than I'd like to admit along with clothing to dress them up is founder as well. The staff are very knowledgeable as well though it's not their inventory but another vendor which is why it's all cash for payment and luckily I didn't have that much cash on me so I just enjoyed my browse. Irene said it's E-sig-it-ee... like an E-cigarette. Ohhh... Yes, it's basically a vape shop with a vendor who accepts cash or venmo only.
