This place is my go to for all my vape needs. I usually come here for liquid and disposable vapes and they're always stocked and you get a discount for being a member which other places don't offer. I buy in bulk so I don't have to go to the store 2 times a week to buy things and this place does not limit buying unlike other stores like Hawaii Cheapest Vapes. The staff are always professional and helpful. I've read other reviews on here and clearly if you come in with an attitude expect to get one back. Decided to check out this place today with my husband My recommendation of co workers. It has a convenient location located in Kapolei and parking is accessible. The store was neat and clean with excellent decor and technology. The staff welcomed us Immediately and came to our assistance. They were friendly and very helpful ! While I watched football on the big screen TVs my hubby shopped and was shown some new flavors of liquids. My only real go to for all my vaping needs! They've got a big assortment of mods and juices you can choose from here. It all looks very organized and very clean! Only downside is they don't sell 50mg for salt nic juice but that's okay. The place has also got a near VIP room where you can try juices to help you decide your next purchase. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable . I've come here plenty of times but I believe it's time to leave them a great review . If you plan on coming here regularly you should sign up with an account under them. It gives you I believe either a 10 or 15% off your purchase, after 10 purchases over I believe $25 or so you get a nice 30% your next purchase . Very great loyalty program! Conveniently, they won't tell you this at the time of purchase or give you a paper receipt, YOU need to request a receipt via email. Since they won't tell you this in person like a quality business organization, let me be the one to tell you... request a receipt on your own because if you don't they will do everything in their power to pretend like your purchase never happened! Struggles yah?? And when you call them their manager will just deflect. Instead of being helpful and figuring out a solution, he's accusatory and blames the customer! Over 60 bucks! The asian guy with the man-bun is super cold and lame. He makes like he doesn't wanna even be there. I was trying to make conversation and ask if he could tell me about the e-liquids. This is my absolute go to shop for my juices! I've been to other vape shops and they don't compare. The guys here are very helpful, and the shop itself is super clean. I like that they do have a VIP room that you can sample the juices to better decide what flavor (or flavors) you want to purchase. They have such a amazing assortment of mods, accessories, and juices. I always have a hard time deciding. I also like that they do have samples of the mods on a display table when you walk in. This was helpful for me when I needed to get a new mod. Other shops I've been to don't even compare with the cleanliness, variety and customer service. I always feel welcomed and never rushed. They stay open later than another vape store I know () These guys take great care when handling your merchandise - they put on neoprene gloves and everything. They'll help you set up your device if you want. I haven't tried any of their liquids but they have a fairly large selection. The mods they sell look really cool - they're not the brand I buy so I can't really say how good they are If you know me, you know I hate shopping. I want to get in and get out. I'm not the one to write reviews to places. This is my second review. Ignore the bad reviews, I'm a regular here and the customer service is always good. They ran out of novo 3 pods but the guy gave me some discounted ones someone returned that weren't used. The next time I went, they said the novo 2 pods are compatible with the novo 3 base. They didn't have lava flow disposables but the guy recommended me this pina colada disposable that's similar. Fresher selection for disposables than fly high. read more

Ranging from being cussed out on the phone for not knowing the size of the coils I needed because I had just gotten a new mod, to being handed menthol and told that it wasn't. And after questioning that.. being cussed out again. I understand this is a trying time for small business owners but it's never acceptable to cuss out paying customers, when they're simply asking questions that will help them. On average I spent about $30 a week there. So josh, you've lost $1500 a year from me. You can order supplies online for cheaper anyway. As soon as I entered the shop I noticed the wide selection of mods, accessories and juices they have in stock. The employees are much more knowledgeable than I've experienced at other vape shops. They gave me suggestions on a new flavor I should try. They have a wide selection of vape brands and juice flavors that I have not seen at other shops. I was told about their membership program which costs $2.50 to join (membership for 1 year). Membership includes multiple perks that value much more than the initial cost to join. If I could rate this less than one star I would. The customer service was AWFUL!! I went in to buy a new atomizer for my mod. I've came here once to get coils for my vaporesso mod, and it was great. They looked right at me and my friend and we didn't even get greeted. I was helped first. My friend also wanted to purchase something but had to ASK for help. The man who helped me this time seemed like he hated his job or didn't want to help me. He was very short and when I asked questions he responded in a way that made me feel stupid. We even come back later to get the glass part for your vape since the first time we came in that day to get liquid and they glass part broke later but luckily they were open until 10!
