There is an employee here--an older woman with kinky/curly hair and it's currently purple--and she's the downright worst. Always extremely rude and nasty to me, but not to to delivery people or other customers, as I have witnessed countless times before. She somehow can remember to be very rude to me every single time I stop in, yet makes me repeat my order like we haven't been encountering each other for years now. Such a bad look for this place.

The reason for the low stars is because every vape pen battery ive bought lasted about a week. Then never worked again. Some wouldn't work the very first time. No return policy, no store credit. I bought 2 separate mini dragon eggs, the first one was absolutely perfect. The 2nd stopped working within a month. So then I bought another product from the Lookah brand and, yet again, it stopped working almost instantly. The guy (I should really learn his name by now) who seems to always be there is super chill and always has an upbeat attitude and is really nice and down to earth so you always have a good experience going in. He also always kicks me down some discounts or throws something in which is really cool and going above and beyond what he has to. One time he even gave me some water bottles for me and my pup 'cause it was such a hot day. I also want to reiterate what a completely opposite experience you'd have at Yo Mama's so save yourself that nightmare and just come here instead!
